Indoor pool and clean room, coffee w Danish/muffins in the morning

Indoor pool and coffee machine in the lobby 6-9 am. You can have cafe mocha, espresso, latte and etc. Staff was friendly, got some info about trails. Not many hotels have indoor pool in Arizona for our budget. It was so nice after hiking during the day and come back and go to heated pool. Location was good to go to Sedona and Cottonwood.

The fan was very noisy we could not use it.

the noise coming form the other rooms and guest.. the walls are very thin.. breakfast is served between 6 and 9 so you have to wake up early

good location, handy microwave and fridge, hair and dog hair not getting cleaned make room dirty.

bathroom outdated, bathtub and toilet fixture had hair, this makes it look not sanitary. sheets had hair remains and dog hair. would not be in my best interest to sleep on a dirty bed.

Good

It was easy to get to right off the highway easy to get close to by towns. Close to popular attractions discount for nearby restaurant. The staff was very friendly even though they were short staffed.

The pool was in a heated room but the pool wasn't heated and needed some repairs. The jacuzzi wasn't working. I couldn't get the air conditioning to regulate it's self,had to turn off when too cold and on when too warm.

Like I said I can't say enough about the staff all the way from check in to check out and everything

The staff at the end was just wonderful my check-in went smooth I came back from the bike rally and the gentleman that was on duty at night was so helpful on telling me different things to do and where things were for the next day the place was just great my room was very clean it looks like they redid the room it was just beautiful. I will definitely stay there again.

There is nothing I didn't like I was there for two nights and everything was just perfect I know that they're working on the hot tub redoing it so the next time we stay maybe to be ready but no problems.

A perfect surprise find.

Affordable, clean, smelled nice, quiet rooms, updated interior, friendly, accommodating staff, pretty views and landscaping.

The hot tub was in repair, but I have no complaints about the process of improvement. Bad timing is not the fault of the property. :)

The relaxing time at the copper Hill hotel.

The room for very nicely remodeled you had an outside view of a nicely green backyard looking overlooking the Arizona desert very comfortable.

There wasn't much I could say I didn't like I liked it all it was very comfortable very relaxing in this overall peaceful place.

Too much noise coming from the lobby during the night (TV) or early morning. They shoud place a door between the lobby and the passage to the first-level rooms.

It was beautiful surroundings

I didnt Like the fact that it was listed at$ 9. And then after driving from the valley they had redacted my bill to well over $100. Total bait n switch
