the customer service sucked
the owner literally walked into our room without knocking and also let another customer in our room
2.7
The staff were nice
The price was expensive for the location, hotel was dirty, bathroom was dirty, tv didn't work and the beds were horribly uncomfortable
2.7
The staff was very friendly, check in was very quick. the rooms were comfortable and priced reasonably. I always stay here when i come through this area.

Nothing
It didn't have toilet paper or kleenex the guy who checked us in was very rude. I do realize it was really late when we checked in. The next day he could even give us s receipt his printer was out of ink. Looked like a drug deal going on when we left. It was very sketch place to stay. We didn't feel safe.

We have always stay at this hotel when travel from Idaho to Missouri.

Couldn't say didn't get to stay due to the poor service from the office, canceled my appointment and was still billed and am trying to get my refund . Asked to speak with the owner but can get ahold of any one

Good price, clean room
Only one ice machine and hardly anything in it, they don’t buy enough food for breakfast: the place was cleaned out when I got there he and I was told they don’t buy a lot of food because they don’t expect many guests

New owner is very obviously working on cleaning up and updating the place...but is not committed s long term to the location. Think "Hotel Flip or Flop" as a reality show .
Noise related to high winds. Building is not solid. Needs a lot more work to make it a pleasant experience. Breakfast not available also due to wind...but there could've been aome more effort put in to *trying* to provide even a basic breakfast. Again...think Flip or Flop and the owner's priorities.

My room was very nicely laid out and pleasant.
It would have been very comfortable except for a couple of things: See the "dislike" section.
There was a very nice grocery store nearby with very good prices.
I have been through this town about 3 times. There can be some really nice people and it can also be really crappy - depends on who you deal with.
Right at first everything was really good. But by the next day, cigarette smoke was so thick in the halls and it invaded my room and made me quite sick.
I can't be anywhere near cigarette smoke because I am allergic and plus I'm a cancer survivor and I should not be subjected to it.
Also the owner/manager is a young man who seems quite pleasant at first but after I dealt with him a while, he was untruthful and unreliable.
This man offered me a job (promised it just about). I am currently traveling for job interviews and of course that would have solved my problem. (I am an experienved Hotel Front Desk Agent - it's my business).
The offer of the job got to be more wishy washy as time went on. Finally from the disappointment of that plus horrible cigarette smoke when my room was non smoking....I left.
I will say I also had trouble with a Quality Inn I went to after this - very RUDE people.
I also lived in Nebraska a couple of times. My advice is if you can take a route around Nebraska - honestly you are better off.

Clean, affordable

The bed was very comfortable
The breakfast only had a small amount of waffle batter, extremely watered and juice. My room had horrible brown stains in the shower and the heat did not work even after getting help
2.7
Clean, large room and the owner was very accomodating
Bed was hard

Good place for Union Pacific railfans.
TV remote did not work sometimes.

The steak house across the street. But save your cash and go to the Safeway right around the corner for food.
I mean you get what you pay for. But if I knew what the pet rates were I would have paid more to stay at a nicer and newer location with no pet rate. There was a bug on the bed when we got into the room. The recliner looked like it was from 1988 and I wouldn't use a UV light on it if you paid me. The room was terribly worn down. The area is sketchy. Pet rent is $15 per dog. Which at that point if you have 2 dogs it's almost as much as two humans. And just for a night? That's highway robbery. Because they don't even go above and beyond to clean the room in the first place after humans so what extra cleaning is needed if there's a pet? Lots of construction workers and truckers board there so they are in and out a lot at odd hours. For 40 bucks I'm not expecting the 4 seasons but I also don't wanna feel like I'm gonna get a staph infection walking around. However the 40 dollar range for rooms have a reoccurring theme of gross so to be continued as we are in yet another gross hotel tonight but the staff was nicer. So there's that.

very clean
For early risers it woulb have neen nice to get breakfast earlier .

Last minute reservation with late arrival. Breakfast was provided with some variety, mostly carbohydrates with very little protein options.
Room accommodation was okay given we received a two bed room for the same price as one queen bed to enable being on a ground floor room as there was no elevator . The room, however was for handicapped, which wasn't a problem however, the toilet seat was broken, uncomfortable to sit on and did not fit the original configuration of the toilet.

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Hard bed. Nice manager.
The price changed in the middle of my booking because I took a phone call. Breakfast was weak. I'd rather they take less for the room and eliminate Breakfast.

it was clean and the AC worked great. Breakfast was alright. it could have been better but it worked. It was waffles, cold cereal, tiny muffins and juice.
The pillows were old and clumpy. There was nowhere to charge my phone. Thankfully I’d brought a a charger to use but I had to unplug the wall light to use it. The decor was old and the furniture felt like it was leftovers put into the room because it was functional.

This properties saving grace was the gentleman at the desk. He was pleasant and tried to be informative and helpful. There’s a really good steakhouse across the street!
My God!!! They should retire the poop stained towel I got for my shower. I did manage to dry off using the corners however. Glad my wife didn’t get that one I’d have heard about that for years to come!

Good facility with clean rooms.
Grassy area on property has stickers and not suitable for our dog to take care of business. However, sticker free grass available nearby.

Did not stay for breakfast, but the room was a nice, quiet and basic room to stay the night in.
Toilet didn't look clean but everything else was great.
