Clean

Thin walls. Very noisy. Could head peoples alarms going off in other rooms. And heavy slamming doors when people would leave rooms.. Bed seems a bit worn as well..

I do not recommend this place

Only the location

The hotel is extremely dirty. We found a bug worm in the bed. The floor from our hotel room was extremely disgusting, it hadn’t been cleaned. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at.

When I asked for an extra blanket, it was like the night attendant was excited to go get me one.

Disappointed

It was right off highway, easy on easy out.

As a grandparent traveling with children I was extremely disappointed when we got to the 2nd floor of hotel to find the stench of marijuana, this was a very uncomfortable situation. Every time we left and came back the stench was still evident and disgusting. If your going to allow this type of behavior in your hotels your can kiss my business good-bye. One should expect a environment of clean fresh air not stench from marijuana. #disgustedcustomer

It was fine for a two night stay/concert

Nice staff and very convenient location to shops, restaurants, and Hard Rock Casino. Generally quiet (stayed during the week).

The property overall felt fairly run down and dirty. No hot tub like the one shown in first few pictures, only a pool that didn’t seem very taken care of.

Great for any kind of getaway

Love the location it was perfect! The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was nice just the right size. I spoke with Nick at the front desk he was very professional and helpful! We were able to check in a little early which made our stay more relaxing. Easy to navigate through the hotel and find the breakfast room and the pool. Huge parking lot no problem finding a spot to park.

I didn’t like where the TV was located on the wall and the sensor was knocked down so it took a minute to figure out why it wasn’t turning on.

Very good

Room was small, but clean and tidy and exactly what I needed. I didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quite a busy hotel, but would recommend it.

The staff were really friendly and made our stay enjoyable!

We didn't feel safe outside the hotel and were approached by homeless people wandering around the parking lot and hotel.

Liked checkin, comfortable room and beds and location.

Didn't like lack of fruit in breakfast room or lack of microwave in breakfast room. There was no way to prepare oat meal unless taken to rented room on 2nd floor.

The pool was closed under maintenance. I thought the gym they had was in the same building but instead it’s on an adjacent block away in a separate building. I would have liked a little more breakfast options, but it will do.

it was just okay. Far from exceptional

The bed was comfortable and the TV was small but got lots of channels

I wasn’t told about the swimming pool being closed until after I checked in. And then I found out later that the pool has been closed for over a year! This made no sense to me and I almost demanded a refund but there were no other options in town.

Paper thin walls, non-functioning swimming pool (pool was the reason I booked the room). I even called to MAKE SURE it was working and they said it would be opening on Memorial Day. It was not, and I felt like I had over paid for an online booking deal which under delivered.
