I would definitely stay here again!

I was greeted with a smile and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and had a nice business center and indoor pool. The free breakfast was nice and offered what was advertised.

The only issue I really had was that the tub drained VERY slowly, if at all. It didn't slow me down however, and when i reported it to the staff, they put in a work order immediately.

We only stayed one night, but the staff and the breakfast were terrific!

Nice and clean. Close proximity to a couple of restaurants and Starbucks.

Avoid at all costs!!!! They don’t trust you! They make you pay 150 cash up as a deposit. Won’t take credit card for depo

Nothing. This place sucks. The staff is mean. The policies are discriminatory.

They force you pay $150 cash as a deposit if you are “local”. I’m not a local but they still made me pay it. They said I would get a receipt for deposit when I complained but then they didn’t give it to me. Had to force them to give me receipt so they wouldn’t steal my cash! We will see if I ever get my money back.

Disappointed and breakfast eggs and bacon well over cooked

It’s a beautiful hotel and perfect location

The fact that I only booked this hotel since you have. Indoor pool. The indoor pool is not heated and unless you tolerance is that of. 12 year old it is not swim able. Really disappointing since it was my last swim before chemotherapy.

The location was perfect for us to get up the next morning and continue or road trip.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I had an adjacent room with my elderly father, as I had requested. I was planning to pay for both rooms but at check-in I was not allowed to do so since his name was listed. I do not agree with this! When reserving the room it asked for his name but if I would have known it was for paying purposes I would not have given his name. I do not understand why I couldn't pay for both rooms. It was very upsetting for me to ask my father to pay for his room when I had already told him I would take care of it!

Exceptional

Staff was super friendly and helpful hotel was recently upgraded and it was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was big along with the tub. Great loaction off highway crackerl barrel right behind hotel across the street a texas roadhouse and a wawa along with a starbucks not far from uf and close to shopping. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area

Awesome place

Everything was great. You could walk to Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, WaWa and a Capital City Bank. These places surrounded this hotel and if I was the Owner or CEO of a Hotel Chain I would make sure My Hotels everywhere where built like this. Find the favorite Food Chain for the local and have one built nearby.

Internet service went out and stayed out from 8pm until after I left at 8am in the morning. The Manager and Staff had no control over it and were just as frustrated by it as the guest.You couldn’t use the business center, due to no internet. Suggestion your on stand alone internet service, if no room you have to pay a fee to use.

Not a good place to stay unless you like city noise.

We liked that it was convenient to the Cracker Barrel because we were exhausted from traveling and stopping to eat a late dinner there. The hotel looked nice and clean and was right beside it.

It was loud. Neither me or my husband could get a proper nights sleep because of slamming doors and traffic noise. Those rooms need noise proofing something bad.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was a full breakfast, check in and check out was easy

Pool was closed for repairs. Luggage carriers are small, oddly shaped triangle and didn't fit all my things
