Only stayed one night. Hotel was not busy. Left early before breakfast. The suite was large and very clean. Location of hotel is great - easy to get state park and the lake. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed at the furnishings. Everything in the room looked tired and worn, from the rugs to the couch. I stayed at a non peak time and got a good rate but if I was paying a higher rate I would not have been pleased. The hotel has possibilities but would not necessarily recommend.

clean staff was nice except when the kid worked we never saw him. we tried looking for a few things he was never around. the woman during the day was helpful!

The place is very beautiful with natural wood throughout. The suite is quite comfortable with a gas fireplace in the living room. There are two large bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. I never slept so well as I did in this hotel. Our room had a modern counter stove top type stove and a dishwasher, and full sink as well as a full size refrigerator, and freezer and microwave and Keurig Coffee maker. It had all the plates, glasses, cookware, pans and silverware you could ask for. Had I known, I would have brought food to cook. I say that because the place across the street they advertise as a restaurant, has basic pub food only and I really liked the kitchen in the suite. Of course, we went to other towns like New London to eat; and it was great. Who really wants too cook on vacation, but it is available if you want to.

The heat in the master bedroom could have been warmer, but the outside temperature had dropped to 23 degrees that night so I am sure that it takes time for the inside to warm up; but I say this only because the rest of the suite was quite warm with the gas fireplace going as well. I would have liked it more if there was a decent family type restaurant nearby.

Location was good. 5 minutes to Mt. Sunapee and about 10-15 to Lake Sunapee.

The hotel's restaurant/tavern was not open so we had to go elsewhere for meals. That was not disclosed when the reservation was made. There is no taxi or uber service or hotel shuttle service in the area. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall in some spots. View overlooked the parking lot.

Just about everything! From Location, Friendly and knowledgeable Staff, Hotel accommodations, Hot Tub/Pool, and continental breakfast.

The spacious, clean rooms. Everything was clean the location was great. The general manager was friendly but clearly overworked.

The fact that they closed the pool and sauna at 9 pm. Would it kill them to keep the pool open another hour? This property could make a profit just selling day passes for the pool. You need to hire more staff.

Nice room, very clean.

Couldn’t turn off the AC fan so we couldn’t sit out on the balcony because the AC fan vented out there and it was very loud.

The location was good with a nice view of the mountains from the outside pool.

The television in the rooms and in the bar had terrible reception. None of the soap, shampoo dispensers had anything in them.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was beautiful! Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and all the common areas were clean. The staff was great with questions we had, they were pleasant.
