Front desk employee was nice, bed was comfortable!
Very old, dated! Needs a remodel for sure!

Freindly staff
The place sucks the non smoking rooms have been smoked at if you have allergies or asthma it will suck, the walls are pretty thin and can hear everything. I heard a prostitute getting pounded the whole night, with new clients coming in every hour till 7am. With these low cost motels it's not worth it. Mattress and pillows are not really comfortable, spring mattress, pillow is small not padded. I was also itchy for some reason, bed sheets were uncomfortable.

Nothing. See complaints below.
We had a horrible experience at this location!! I reserved a room here months ago for a one night stay while we were in town. I noted on my reservation that we would have service dogs with us. At time of check in the guy at the desk asked us for service dog registration cards. No such registration exists as they are not recognized by the ADA. When we tried to argue this he said he had no rooms available that allowed dogs or service dogs. We ended up leaving and finding a better hotel to stay at. Based off the vibe, reviews, and looks, I'm glad we didn't stay, it was very sketchy. We will NOT be staying here in the future and will NOT recommend to anyone. Please read up on ADA laws; I've cited them below for your reading pleasure.
"Q11. Can hotels assign designated rooms for guests with service animals, out of consideration for other guests?
A. No. A guest with a disability who uses a service animal must be provided the same opportunity to reserve any available room at the hotel as other guests without disabilities. They may not be restricted to "pet-friendly" rooms."
"Q17. Does the ADA require that service animals be certified as service animals?
A. No. Covered entities may not require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal, as a condition for entry.
There are individuals and organizations that sell service animal certification or registration documents online. These documents do not convey any rights under the ADA and the Department of Justice does not recognize them as proof that the dog is a service animal."

The location itself didn´t look very safe, lot of noise from outside and other rooms as well. The room and bathroom were not very clean, no hairdrier available. There was no breakfast eventhoug booking webpage stated that the breakfast is included.

price was good
the lack of parking, the area was seedy and had homeless wandering around the vicinity, the tv only had one channel, the curtains didn’t close completely so I had to use a hair clip to keep them closed

the room was not super clean. No way to make the shower work despite consulting onsite staff. So I left without one.

We arrived late (planned) and stayed there as an overnighter on our way to somewhere else. It was located near I-5. The staff were all nice and did their best to be helpful.
It's a very low-rent place and our room was old and dingy. I'm not sure how it got 7.2 on Booking.com. They seem to have a number of permanent residents who are on disability, and the room next to us was occupied by someone who likely had mental health issues. He had Fox News on the entire night, at volume. The walls are thin, so the TV might as well have been in our room. I was told by a staff member that "the noise helps him sleep". At around 1am, I went to the front desk and they did ask him to turn it down (which he did, a little), but it was on until we left in the morning. We didn't get much sleep.

not much. it was cheap
Booked the hotel because it said on their own website that breakfast was served. Come to find out, it wasn’t. Rooms smelled. People smoking right outside of the non-smoking rooms, so it just drifts into rooms. Showers dirty.
