Very nice hotel. Great location, quiet, safe, relaxing, close to everything. Very clean, big, spacious. Koi pond in the back yard, complimentary breakfast. Pet friendly. Lots of acs and lighting. Def want to stay here again.

I stayed in the "Paul Revere" room. The unit was extremely clean, well-appointed and fabulous all-around. I would highly recommend to any future traveler!
The mattress was a bit soft for my liking but comfortable.

The location was great, central to everything, the staff went above and beyond, the grounds were very nice and the entire place was very clean. We loved it.

It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The free breakfast was an added bonus! The food was very good! More than we expected.
I wasn’t too comfortable with the way the doors locked. It seemed not secure enough for me. I would be afraid at night if I were there alone.

Lovely, comfortable room. Well equipped.
Towels should have been replaced years ago. They were thin and worn at best. Front desk manned intermittently. More towel racks needed on bath.

There was no breakfast.
The check-in process was full of harassment.

In the heart of everything, lies this beautiful hotel. The courtyard is beautiful, I'd like to experience it in warmer weather.
Our room was the Katherine Hepburn room. It has a beautiful gas burner that was lit and ready for us.
A kitchenette which was a nice surprise and a beautiful bathroom with jet stream bath.
Spotlessly clean and colourful. Self check-in and check-out which is great.
I will definitely stay for longer next time and experience more of Provincetown.
The fact that I couldn't stay longer.

The location of the hotel was perfect, less than a 5 minute walk from the Main Street. Hotel room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Bathroom was a little small but clean and in good condition as we had no issues whatsoever.
Everything was great! No complaints.

Well located, bright room and bathroom
Very thin walls (were able to hear full phone conversation of neighbour), room was not cleaned the second day (only bed was made)

Location was tucked behind the town hall on main street so it was quiet but still close to the hubbub and central to everything. The rooms were large and there was even a second bathroom we weren't expecting. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the Ariel is incredible. The Michael was larger than we were expecting and the kitchen was well stocked. The garden in the center is delightful and we all loved this hotel as a base for a holiday weekend.

This is a beautiful and warm boutique hotel located in the heart of Ptown. Each room/apartment is designed differently. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Freshly made breakfast is a plus. The Great Room had coffee and games. Reserving a parking spot was easy too.
Nothing really!

stairs to some of the rooms. hard to avoid, in the limited property space

The location was perfect, right under the Tower and just far enough from the crowds. The parking was off site, but a very nice quick brisk walk.
It was a nice kitchen, but having leftover condiments and cooking spices, ect, would have been nice. Definably not an end all though.

Loved the cottage feeling of having our own little apartment with our own shared patio with all the other guests. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, and therefore not able to share about that. It was nice to have coffee making options both in the apartment and the reception. The host was a sweet young woman and very welcoming. It was sweet to see some other members of the staff working around while their children got to play in the patio. Kudos to Gabriel’s for innovative ways of creating and welcoming working class diversity in town. I especially recommend the place for trips with large family and big circle of friends. Everyone can have their own little space while having plenty of time to gather for breakfast or catch up in the center patio…just two minutes away from the crowds in Commercial Street! We would love to come and visit again.
Maybe add a few more glasses and mugs? The kitchen is pretty well equipped but those items were limited, at least in our kitchen.

property was lovely and outside areas were well maintained. weather was cooler and rain hampered ability to really enjoy outside amenities.
Room was spacious and sauna was a nice surprise.
We picked the room that was highest up. although it was lovely, the stairs were a little much for us because wr are an older couple.
