Pretty descent.

The comfort of the beds. I have back problems and they were wonderfully comfortable.

The dirtiness and poor quality of the AC. It's 102 in Nevada right now. Sometimes, locals wanna stay somewhere because it's too hot. Well, the AC was not sufficient enough to cool the room down enough. Even though i ran it all day, and it was running before i came in.

Great friendly staff, clean and quiet room, and I appreciated the breakfast in the morning.

The staff was amazing! My room was quiet and comfortable.

When I arrived, there was a used washcloth in the shower. I’m sure it was just an oversight by the cleaning staff and not a big deal. Everything else was clean and fresh.

used to like to stay here, but after this latest mishap, I am done and will tell my family members who stay there not to

location and staff is friendly but I had issues this trip

first they allowed another client to check in my room and charged my card for her stay. They figured it out when I attempted to check in and they did not see my name and I showed my confirmation. next even though they stated they would fix it, I seen another room charge for Mother’s Day and I was actually at home In Henderson Nevada on the 14th so needless to say I am angry!! Room smelled like damp sweat as well. They are no smoking , but the hallway smelled of Pot.

Superb

The room was nice and clean. Rikki at check in recommended JD Slingers and we had a nice meal there. Would stay again.

The bath water looked like it had rust color to it. Might be a water issue in Fallon.

Just ok. Expensive for what it was.

The staff was great and having 3 Queens in 1 room was fantastic.

The walls were like paper. I unplugged the fridge because it was loud. The outside grounds were filthy- we had our dog so a little patch of grass or dog space would have been nice.

the beds we’re comfortable and the breakfast was really good. good options. waffles, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, cereal and fruit.

the towels had food and a ton of pubic hair on them. the bathroom floor wasn’t swept.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at

Breakfast was edible.

Elevator broken (non-existent?) so stairs are only option. Room door was crumbling apart at the base. Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner can't be set to a temperature. Toilet too small for adult male to sit on. Entire room cramped. Not worth the price.

Great value; clean and in a convenient location

Nice clean room. Staff was helpful at check in, providing info on where to eat, etc. We were using the "official" Nevada Highway 50 Survival Guide as we went east on US 50. The motel is one of the passport stamp locations and has fun with this tourism booster.

They didn't get my room done till 530pm then it wasn't vaccum hair in the tub and on the towel blood on my sheet I asked for a refund they couldn't give it to me cause I paid for it thru you they was not prepared for labor day or burning man weekend I think I should get payed back

Disappointingly dirty.

Heidi at the front desk was amazing. Kind, helpful, and overall wonderful. Seemed genuinely concerned when we told her about the condition of the room.

This room was filthy. Uncleaned. Shower was dirty and had visible and easily removable dirt. Hair all over the bathroom. Both beds had hair in them. Towels and pillowcases were dirty/stained, one pillow had no case. There was clothing from the previous tenent still hanging, it was obvious this room had not been taken care of.
