NEVER Again

Location of the Hotel itself

Very Very Very disappointed in the Size of the ROOM... Paid extra for 4 people and the ROOM was a size for ONE... I will NEVER be staying here again...

it was great even with the rain and me ending up sick! My hubby left something in the room and we had to drive about an

we’ve stayed there once before, staff was nice, rooms were nice & clean, location great, had the breakfast once and it was great!

Bad phone and WI-FI Service and could not tell what the tv channels were…no programming! also, the entrance door was broken just as it was the last time we were there almost a year ago! also the toilets are too low to the floor, but we managed! Lol

could have been much better

my room was clean yet the upper door lock (flip over) was broken. Being a female alone this was concerning. I pushed a chair in front of the door at night just in case as I only had the one door lock. Additionally I spent two plus hours trying to call the location on Friday afternoon to alert of a late check in with no answer. I finally had to leave my event and drive to the hotel to which I was told the phone didn’t ring. Plus anytime I was walking thru the lobby the phone wasn’t ringing nor was anyone EVER on the phone so obviously the phone is on silent to avoid any phone calls. Lastly the auto open doors into the hotel were not working so when I had an arm load to take to my vehicle I had to try and put items down to try to pull the doors open- until a random nice man was coming in and assisted me.

My mother and stepdad are buried there. Mission accomplished to visit them and other friends.

The location was exactly where we needed to be. The evening shift staff was excellent in trying to get us comfortable there.

There was no place to select that we needed a non-smoking room when I booked the room. Most hotels don't allow smoking anymore, so I presumed it was an all-non-smoking hotel. It was shocking to find that we had a smoking room. My daughter has severe asthma and struggled with this all weekend. The hotel was booked and we had no other place to go in town.

Passable

The bedding was full of hair strings which made me assumed it wasn't washed. We also had a problem with the keys, everything we go out someone would have to open the door for us because the keys wasn't working. Also the entrance door was malfunctioning and the person at the front desk is always gone. We had to ring the bell and wait for a long time. Overall a lot of improvement needs to be made.

Unpleasant!!

Location

Cable tv wouldn’t work! Reported it to staff as soon as I got there! Staff said they would check it! Came back later and it still wasn’t fixed! Told them the main reason I chose Quality Inn, is because of the TV in the rooms! Asked if I could change rooms or maybe get some kind of discount, because of it! Maybe even a Senior discount! They said they were unable to do either! I told them how disappointed I was in the motel, and would probably be finding another motel, when I return to Glen Rose, next year for our family reunion! Have stayed at Quality Inn, several years before at this time! I should have just stayed in a cabin, where we hold our reunion! The cabins don’t have tv’s…and it would have cost me less!!

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was ok. Front office staff was nice.

The closet door was broke. The AC had to be turned on by the front desk. AC apparently was off inside the building because the halls were hot. Bedding had stains.
