Passable

It was only 20 minutes from the beach

It was really dirty. The furniture and bed had stains all over the place. The floor looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. There was no security lock. There was a hole in the screen for the window. It cost almost $200 for one night and there were no amenities… not even a pool. I also got double charged and currently disputing it.

It sufficed.

Good value, but you get what you pay for...so it certainly didn't exceed my expectations.

Could have been cleaner and the shower curtain was too short, so when you showered water went out to the floor, no matter what you did.

Comfortable but Distracting

Kind, friendly and professional service. The gentleman was very accommodating.

The location was very noisy as the motel is on a very busy street. I dealt with the normal stalkers who seem to be following me around because they have no life. I can't understand how their able to get into these rooms then access the attic space without no one knowing or even believing the guest when they complain to the business. I guess the reason these punks/squatters/psychos get away with it is because they can. Hoping one day someone will believe this is happening and instead of just moving the guest to another room, where the low-lifes follow & find the guest, decide to look into this serious matter.

Disappointing

Convenient location for my purposes.

Generally, third-world grungy. Unreliable key cards. Pod coffee is available, but only if they happen to wake up in time. I'm long gone to work b4 that happens. I've been a regular, but the negatives outweigh the positives. The rooms are all in various stages of degradation. I won't be back. Generally uncomfortable rooms. The neighborhood element is very sketchy, too.

Non of the air conditioning units worked. I was more comfortable sleeping in my car.

Stay was fine or a over night stay. Clean & had enough pillows & towels.

Never was told at check in what hours was breakfast. Went to lobby at 7 and door was locked. Sign read use card key. There was no where to use card key.

Need to be told or post hours for serving breakfast.

The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave.

The bathroom sink was coming off of the wall. The tiny bathroom counter was cracked in half and was sagging off of the wall. There was no coffee maker or coffee. There was no mirror in the main room. only the bathroom.
