We left in the morning and got a different Hotel!

Great location for our purpose!

The clerk that checked us in didn’t speak English, We didn’t get any information, we had to ask, the bed was uncomfortable ( you felt the springs ) The toilet was the lowest height that I’ve ever seen and we didn’t take a shower (bad) You also couldn’t go to the bathroom and shut the door at the same time.

This property needs a new cleaning service immediately.

Location was fine. I was there to visit family, not see the area. The bed was comfortable and clean and the pillows were perfect. The room had a working microwave and fridge.

The first room was not cleaned yet and when I told the front desk they seemed to question me (almost as if I had gone in and messed it up and wanted them to clean it again). By "not cleaned yet" I mean both trash cans were half-full, the towels were bunched up on the sink counter, and the bed was not fully made. The second room clearly had been cleaned but I found dozens of hairs on the floors (one actual clump of hair), open bags of chips in the drawer under the television, and the previous guest's phone charger. So... not a thorough cleaning, to say the least. We were too tired to ask for a third room and as the bed was clean and I could tell no one had slept in it, we stayed. The bed and pillows were great and we slept just fine. The next comment I will leave is not about the property itself but I must mention it. I woke up to find four cars in the parking lot had had windows busted out. Someone had gone through the parking lot and raided cars that had something inside they wanted. Needless to say, I will never stay there again.

A little outdated... smoking room/they did their best to cover odor. I did not know it was a smoking room when booking. It was bearable for one night.

Good overall with an exception for breakfast.

Good experience overall, my only complaint is that there was no bread or bagels for breakfast. There was a wafle machine and the usual itens for breakfast, but no bread or bagels, nor a toaster. I asked the manager why, and she told me the decision to take the bread out came from Quality Inn dating back from the COVID pandemic. I find that highly dubious, but that was what she said...

Nice, quiet place for the night. The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. It's a bit of a small bathroom, but it is definitely enough room for one person. The breakfast is according to the price. Don't expect anything special for the small price. The staff was pretty kind to me. We stayed for one night.

scamming booking. com

I scheduled this stay at 8:00 am. I took a 26.00 Lyft ride and when I got there early I was even willing to pay the 25.00 early check in fee. they did not check me in because I did not have my id. not only that the front desk person assured me that they would wave the 109.00 cancellation fee. they actually marked me as checked in and still do. they did this so they would up their numbers and get paid by booking. com. I am outraged I spent 200.00 on a stay and never stayed there. what a scam. I am outraged

The pool wasn’t open. The staff was rude. The toilet barley flushed.

Very good

The room was nice. I just had some elephant over our head. Breakfast was a little lite. April at the front desk was rude and very condescending and did not follow through with us extending our stay. Ice machines were down for the first 3 days we were there

Overall pleasant stay!

Clean and very affordable. Military love is here.

not the best parking situation for truckers.. my 26’ box truck was fine, luckily, because of low numbers for guests this particular night but tractors will definitely have issues parking on site.

Very easy checkin, comfortable room.

Not super busy area = Not a lot of traffic. Good for a quick little stay, comfortable beds, good tv, large shower.

Slightly old, could use a face lift but hey if it works it works !

Great but scary ending

The staff, location, cleanliness and overall comfort was great.

2am I woke up to have a staring contest with a roach the size of my thumb on the ceiling above my head. 6am he finally moved so I could sleep.

Definitely good place to choose for a long or short getaway.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Everything was just fine with our room and even the pool side was great.

The only thing I didn't really like was the vending machine. It really didn't have much of a selection to choose from but other than that everything was fine.

The breakfast was more than adequate. The room had all of the needed appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The bathroom was very small. The toilet was very low which made it difficult to use. Tall and large people are challenged to use the bathroom. The lack of an elevator or handicap accessible items made it difficult. I do have needs for those items.
