I will def want to stay again if im near by.

Room was spacious than i thought! Even with mini fridge and good size of working table. Breakfast was icluded! Coffeshop, some franchise restaurant were near by! So convinient within walking distance. Staffs were nice!

Maybe need to work on more cleaness such as water station at lobby ( stain that i dont know) and found hair in the room when i checked in. Also shower was draining slowly. Maybe need wipes for breakfast tables so we can wipe it out after guests were using.

Passable motel but dirty and worn

Staff at the checkin were nice. There was an adequate breakfast.

Building and rooms were very worn. I didn't expect much but there were lots of stains, walls and floor were very old and scary. The overall vibe of the building was "worn out".

I did not like the fact that the hotel lost my reservation forcing me to pay for another room even after providing them the confirmation number. Then are now making me wait 7-10 days for a refund for the room I originally paid for because they lost my reservation.

My son was traveling with his kids to the football game. Left early as they felt uncomfortable.

Front desk manager was very helpful. It was close to FEDEX field.

It was too noisy. Drug use inside & outside of the hotel. Did not feel safe.

I enjoyed my stay overall, got out of it what I needed.

The location was convenient and quiet.

The room I was expecting based on the description on the website, is not what I had. Make sure the descriptions and rooms match up.

Extremely Dirty

The location was good, and the size of the room was very large.

The room was extremely dirty. The toilet seat had tons of hair, sheets were stained, and hair on pillow cases. Additionally, the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. The hall light and bed outlets were not working as well.

Don't stay unless you are happy to get about 3 hours sleep

Good location and easy drive to DC

Bed was terrible and needs replacing. Full of school children running around and knocking on doors at midnight. Then knocking on doors again at 6.30am. Doors slamming all the time, no breakfast as the kids ate everything. Don't stay when there are coaches of kids staying unless you are happy to have no sleep or food.

they charged my bank 4 times and now I have to call to get it fixed. I paid via booking.com and when I got to the hotel

the staff was nice and it was clean!

I booked a double king. My room began to leak and they put me in a double queen and didn’t offer any of my payment back for the inconvenience or the room downgrade

The staff is always friendly, close to the stadium, and the highway but far enough away to not hear it.

Not much but in the cut away from the busy roads. Two king beds with enough room for everyone.

It’s a new-ish hotel but some of the facilities could use an upgrade. I’ve stayed twice and one room was better than the other.
