Room 330. The bed was comfy. The room was reasonably clean. The linens and towels were fresh and clean. The AC worked. It had a coffee maker but we didn't use it. The microwave was clean and worked fine. The shower was good with warm water quickly and good pressure. It had soap, shampoo and conditioner. It was quiet despite how full the hotel was. The grounds looked mowed. We reserved 2 rooms and the other room, 334, was not so good.
Oh...where do I start... Room 330 and 334 both need some serious updating. Everything needs replacing from the furnishings to the trim/doors/etc.The walkways smell like beer and beer splatters everywhere. The bathroom door was completely broken, a huge crack on the inside and wouldn't shut at all. The toilet only flushed correctly about every other flush and the handle kept falling off. The sink drain was slllllllowwwww. The fridge was on but LOUD...so we shut it off but it STILL ran so we had to turn off the powerstrip. Room 334 was even worse. A few of the outside security lights were "strobing" and needed replacing. I believe the owners live on site and as I was checking out, I got a glimpse into their apartment behind the front desk and WOW! It was GORGEOUS in there! I was shocked by the stark contrast between the condition of the hotel and this apartment. I could see the living room and kitchen clearly. Black granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, an amazing back splash, black leather furniture. High quality appliances and faucet. Large TV. The India food they were cooking smelled amazing! But what I took away from that is that they sink all their money into THEIR living quarters and TOTALLY NEGLECT the hotel and it's rooms. The hotel was packed though with what looked to be local farm workers and families so they are clearly making serious money. I hope they get around to renovating. It could really be a nice place and it wouldn't cost too much.

the location was close to the freeway. the pillows were comfortable
everything was extremely dated. no ironing board or iron. the shower was not clean. it was a very low budget option.
3.0
No breakfast as promised.
1.0
Easy access to freeway
The place was deceiving. You pull up (at night) and it looks nice. The office looks nice. Then you get to your room with millions of bugs surrounding the door because of the bright white light next to it. Bugs in the room. Dirty sheets. Coffee pot was filthy and no pods anyway.
4.5
Clean, good location
0.5
The river view
The ac didn't soak, they double charged my card, and there was no breakfast like it advertised

Location, cost
Free breakfast was a joke, ice machine didn't work, the refrigerator in my room didn't work.

Nothing, the room stunk like curry, very strong smell, there were cockroaches running about, breakfast was prepacked paper bag with an apple, a granola bar and a very cheap sweet roll.
The staff was very difficult to understand, the furniture in the room very old, scratched and beat up it was bad.
2.5
Price. Clean room.
Shower and mattress. Shower didn't drain correctly and mattress was too hard.

breakfast was served to late in the day witch was very disappointing, I believe we left at 7:00 on a Sunday and no sign of breakfast or anyone. They said breakfast was just a sack the prior nigh anyway so probably didn’t miss much, I felt like it was a little misleading. Also claim to have a view of the Sacramento river I would say that’s very misleading.
Pool was pretty cold, felt misleading from what I read on booking.

Great location and nice staff
Very firm beds and mold spots in bathroom like the exhaust fan doesn't work but wasn't huge deal

no elevator I asked to get a first floor room but was told there were none available. I had to haul luggage up stairway. not friendly

The staff were super helpful, relocated us to downstairs since the stairs were difficult for me. Good location, comfortable bed.
Dirty floors, dusty chairs, stained bedspread. The rooms need thorough cleaning and updated furniture.
3.5
that they accept dogs. east access to freeway. the property has not river views and grass area for dogs and pool. staff friendly and nice.
bathrooms and rooms need to be painted, the curtain wasn’t a curtain that fit the window. the door has a gap all around the edge. the beds blanket was very thin. the room was dirty and not swept and random coffee maker items on the top of the closet area but no hangers.
3.0
The room was really clean.
There wasn’t enough towels, the promised breakfast wasn’t available nor was the ‘bag’ breakfast, there wasn’t enough coffee to go around, the up stairs unit was loud and obnoxious even after being reported.
3.5
Did not provide promised breakfast

I was supposed to check in Friday night. No one was there so I rang the doorbell for the after hours help. Still no one. Never will try to stay here again, had to stay somewhere else.

It was inexpensive and close to the highway.
It really ticked me off that the host who checked us in described the "breakfast" that was to be offered at 7 AM in the morning, was lying. The doors were locked in the morning and there was no "breakfast" being offered to guests.

when we first arrived the property seemed fine
When we checked in we were giving a room and a key when we went to the room there was already someone in the room. So we went back to the front desk and she gave us another room two doors down from the previous one she had given us. when we went in that room the bathroom had not been clean the towels were still on the floor a pillow with jelly or something was on the table in the garbage had not been taken out. It was a total mess so we left and went to the best western which is a very nice property
3.0
Had parking for truck and trailer. Had a room to sleep 6 people 3 queen beds in room.
Facility old. Needs some improvements.
