Front desk staff was rude, ceiling light fell out of ceiling, both AC units (we had 2 rooms) quit working, bar for shower curtain was falling out of wall. Pool was freezing on an 84 degree day.

Yelled at and treated poorly when bringing up serious cleanliness concerns.

Location and price. Generally the room was updated nicely. Accomodated after-hours arrival.

Housekeeping/cleanliness concerns. Found three big red flag about cleaning quality. Desk agent yelled at me when I brought up dirty issues. At 2a wanted to put me out of the room and refund for my feedback. Felt very bad with no alternative so late. Like pulling teeth getting replacement bedding for dirty linnens. Press-on nails found on bathroom floor.

Close to Leavenworth. Cute town.

Close enough to Leavenworth yet nestled in its own cute town.

Booking.com messed up my reservation, so I barely got a room.

Superb

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive despite having to work over Christmas.

The parking lot was not plowed. TVs are difficult to get HDMI devices to work.

won’t be back to this hotel. loved the town! will use other hotel vendors. I love my Booking.com app

location was good, had local stores to eat and shop

the owners! rude and unprofessional!! they have their son working in short and everyone looks dirty. no blow drier. room bed was like a dojo mat! hard. room had no shampoo or hand soap! they made me go get them. no service.

Pet friendly

Reservation for one single queen, one double queen made on Booking.com. 6 in our party. I have used Motel 6 all over the country They claimed to be booked and only had two single rooms. The desk clerk said he would "make it work" which meant, to him, giving us two single queen rooms next to each other?!?. He didn't know what a cot was?!?. I had called a couple days earlier to see if they could accommodate changing the reservation to THREE single queens. They said they could not so I said just keep the reservation the same. The owner tried to tell me that changed the reservation. Her response to my response to that let me know that she knew she was trying to hustle me. It turns out there was additional double queen rooms available they just didn't want to finish cleaning them-see the picture. From the phone call earlier in the week and this experience it was clear the front desk guy was obviously intellectually challenged and was working without the proper supports in place. My quoted rate was $677 and it turned out to be closer to $800 for reasons the desk clerk didn't have the intellectual capacity to describe. That was BEFORE the deposit. I don't know what the bed was made of but 30 days in a jail mattress was more comfortable.
