Schöne Zimmer, ruhige Lage

Es wird aktuell alles saniert/renoviert. Zimmer und Bad sind somit sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Highlight: der Pool!! Ich kann die teils schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.

Der TV ging nicht (konnte auch vom Personal nicht behoben werden)

Offered a fridge and microwave and breakfast so that was nice. It was clean.

Tv didn’t work. No hot water half the time and had to ask for space heater because wall heater wasn’t working correctly. O yeah and couldn’t call front desk from the room as the cord was missing from the phone head set to the cradle.

Pretty awful. We got a refund for the remaining nights of our stay and went to another hotel.

The ductless AC was broken in the bedroom (103 degree day when we arrived). The staff was unable to fix it or to offer us alternative accommodations. Shower curtain was hung so high that it didn't meet the tub at all and water from the shower poured onto the floor. No fan or window in the bathroom. Drapes were broken. Furniture was stained and paint spattered. Floor was unfinished. Electrical outlet was missing a cover. Windows were very dirty.

Will find another place to stay on my next visit to this area.

The lady at the front desk was nice.

The floor was absolutely filthy. My granddaughter's feet were black from walking barefoot. Between Booking.com and the Sands Inn, my reservation was messed up. I paid for a 2 queen suite with sofa bed and got a small 2 queen room with a rollaway. Nice to provide the rollaway - NOT enough room for all three beds and 3 bodies.

We had a fun family time

Close to freeway and too town they were doing construction. You would hear that early morning. A little irritating

Parking was bad if you came home later at night. No maid service we had to ask for towels and toilet paper curtains were ripped

Don’t try to save money to stay here. Down a few bucks more and go to some place clean with nice staff

Smelled like a cigar ashtray

Staff were amazing. Room was dirty and could hear neighbors slightest movement in bed or conversations... No smoking policy yet the room I was in smelled like someone lived in there and smoked cigars for 90 years. Traveling on a budget, this place might meet your needs but I'd recommend camping somewhere for better comfort.

I would recommend this hotel to those seeking a good value.

The room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The view was incredible.

Patches on the walkways. The juice machine wasn't working so no variety to choose from. The front desk was not manned at all times. No elevator for the second floor.

had to stay here for a week new towels only on day 5, after repeated requests, no change of sheets, no cleaning at all furniture dump outside back window cars/trucks pull up to within 4 feet if front door
