Ok but looking tired and very disappointed that breakfast voucher (with limitations) was for only one when three of us s

Good location and evening meal very good indeed.

Supposedly had breakfast with the room. Unfortunately only for one and not all three in our party and then had limitations to the voucher. Very poor indeed and did not make clear when booking! Also no lifts working in our block, so had to carry suitcases up one flight of stairs.

Clean rooms

There was a discrepancy from when I booked. I got charged more and when asked for the breakdown they couldn’t provide it. I’ve tried to message the property with no response.

The room was actually nice.

The facility needs to be cleaned and maintained. The pool was very dirty . I asked for it to be cleaned and it wasn't. I was over charged at the bar for drinks it was supposed to be happy hour. The food was terrible and tasted like old meat.

Great location. Comfortable bed

Room was newly remodelled. Bed was comfortable & had a nice breakfast the next morning. Shuttle to airport was convenient.

Disappointing

Room was not ready when we arrived at 3:45pm even though check in time was from 3:00pm. No apology. Room in need of repair eg Door jam in bathroom was falling off and damage to bedroom walls. No coffee in lobby.

The Staff was great, they were fast and efficient getting me to and from the airport. Very Friendly! Made me feel right at home. The room was nice and cozy.

an okay property to stay at. felt somewhat safe except for the group of guys standing by the stairwells smoking.

people milling around smoking outside by the stairwell. key cards not required to enter the rooms. the breakfast buffet is not there anymore.

Good location, but overpriced

Very convenient location right by the airport. Has a free shuttle. Rooms were clean, breakfast was abundant (enormous pancakes). Breakfast is not buffet-style, so there is a server giving you a menu and then serving you. Server was polite and even offered us extra juice. Had fridge and freezer in room plus microwave. Room was spacious. Nice desk space for work. Nice pool area.

Motel-style setting. Something in the room (fridge. freezer, generator?) was making loud noises all night, then in the morning noisy door from people exciting building, so we got little sleep. Clock in room had wrong time set (time doesn't change in Arizona) so made us arrive late for our shuttle. No free bottle of water in fridge, had to go ask for it. Receptionist said no breakfast was included with our stay and that we had to pay. I had to do another trip to go grab my receipt and show that I paid extra to have breakfast. Manager explained that when booked through third parties some info doesn't come through. This is something that would need fixed.

on checking I was assigned a room, however there was someone in the room when I went to open the door.

Perfect

Cleanliness- especially Carpets new and clean which is critically important to overall comfort. Quiet and serene Staff seems happy to be there. Free coffee in lobby.
