Would stay there again!

Clean room. Friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. A feeling of safety and security.

Didn’t have a printed television channel guide. But after some scrolling through the guide on the television we finally located something of interest. A printed guide would have saved us some time and frustration and given us a starting point.

Met needs for one night once given a cleaned room.

Near airport

First room they gave us had never been cleaned from previous occupant. Second room had one queen bed rather than the king we paid for.

Both the room and staff were great!

The room was great. It had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and everything necessary to eat. It even had a coffee maker and a package of coffee. If you were staying for several days, it would really be nice.

My room cost $125.00, for that price the motel should at least offer continental breakfast. All the other motels in the area that I looked at either offered breakfast or continental breakfast. If you got a cup of coffee or a donut they cost $3.50 each,

Wonderful, Friendly, Clean, Loved it

Wonderful staff very friendly, rooms vary clean, staff not only friendly with people but also with pets. they have a spot for pet to use the bathroom and a waste can for you to put the waste in and provide bags for the waste, staff are vary helpful, They have a store so you can buy things if you forget something or just want something to eat without going out. Lets face it we all get them days you get back and just want to relax and eat. Grab what you want as you walk in the door and go to your room. Love when I walk to the desk and the day shift staff always say good morning, good afternoon, and joke around with guest makes you feel welcomed and at home. Like you are family :)

Terrible never would go back

They said they didn’t have my room I booked so did I want a king suite? I was already there so I said yes thinking it would be the same rate I booked since it wasn’t my fault but still charged me more! Bad area the police where there twice. Room dirty

Convenience of close proximity to the airport and many restaurants. Choices of foods/snacks to purchase, items to borrow to use if necessary to cook or play games, etc.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was close to the airport but a nice area with close restaurants. The staff was very warm and friendly and helpful.

Very convenient to stores . Have a free laundry room was a huge huge huge bonus.

I stayed on the 3rd floor my first stay passing through. That room was really nice. Return passing through i stayed on the first floor. This room was kinda rough. I had such a great experience the first stay i endure the second stay. The head of house Renee Shorter. (I believe that her name). She was awesome she took care to take care of my family. This is a excellent employee. Thanks Renee for being you.

Did not feel safe at this hotel

was no breakfast. Proximity to highway

Guests set off large fireworks in parking lot under my window til almost midnight making it impossible to sleep. The staff did nothing to stop them. Encountered pitbull in the hallway. Did not feel safe at this hotel.

The room was very nice and clean. But the young man billed the room wrong. The morning staff was very rude and ran my debit 25 times and messed up my account

Location was great for what we needed, if we got correct room I would have given more stars.

Front desk staff was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival check in went smooth, we were given our room key and off to the room we went. When opening the door the room was already occupied! The guests were as surprised to seem me as I them. Went back to the desk to get a new room. They were not able to give me the room I had booked, a 2 queen room. They offered an "upgrade" to a suite. The fold out couch bed was horrible and the carpet near the AC unit was damp leaving the room with a musty smell.
