Love it!

The employees were absolutely wonderful. So kind to me and my son, it honestly felt like staying with friends. I will be back every trip! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious! My new favorite place to stay! They were very welcoming to my toddler and my little puppy.

The staff working at the front desk counter was amazing. Tamika was very supportive and understanding. She was very accommodating. She was friendly and very efficient. She did what she said she was going to do. She followed through with her promises.

The look and feel of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The outside was shabby looking. It looked like trees were cut down. We saw windows were broken. The parking lot was in disrepair, it needs to be repaved. The front lobby area was obviously undergoing some sort of renovation; it was torn up. The front desk clerk gave me a key to go and check out the room before I checked in because of my uneasiness about the look of the property. There were no elevators so my companion who has knee issues and walks with a cane, would have found it difficult to get up to the room. When I got up to the second floor but carpeting was old and dated. There was a unpleasant smell in the hallway. The more I saw, the more I did not want to stay at this property. When I reach the room and went inside it was very unappealing. The walls were bare the bed had white linen on it which was fine but not inviting. There was no pictures or anything in the room to make it inviting. It smelled better than the hallway. Needs to say, I did not stay here. I was willing to pay again for a different hotel rather than stay at this one, sleep in my car if necessary. Days Inn, you gotta do better .

Don’t go!

I liked the location and staff.

The black mold smell is unbearable. It is in the walls, carpet, window AC conditioning unit. I saw black large roaches on the hallway. The furniture is breaking down and extremely disgustingly soiled. The room wasn’t cleaned properly because I could see dirt on the floors and corners. I’m pretty sure the bathroom wasn’t sanitized. The promised breakfast is a bit of old cereal. No options in cheap foam bowls. I didn’t see any milk. Nothing else. NOT even coffee!!! Loud sounds of tv at 3:00 AM.

Hotel was under construction and some updates were not completed correctly as the bathroom door was smaller then the door frame. Musty smell in the hall way as you are walking in. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no replacement.
