The Staff was amazing. We booked a king bed room to only be told they were over booked and that we would have a double queen. That was fine but in the room, the heater was broken so it blew hot air. We got moved to a suite but the point of this is the staff ( the one lady there at 3pm 10.28.24) was amazing and gave great customer service.
When booking a room, it’s disheartening to hear that it’s overbooked and we’re no longer able to get that room once we arrive. (King bed room) it’s almost like why book it in advance then if it’s not saved for you. To only get to a room where the heater was on full blast and broken, to then get upgrade upgraded to a suite with amazing customer service from the staff member there.

The location was excellent! Just down the road from Hershey ! Our suite was very sizable with an extra living area and big bathroom. Breakfast had many options and was until 10 for us late sleepers!

Not a big selection of hot foods at breakfast.

Breakfast was typical hotel spread. It was good. The breakfast staff was very sweet and attentive. Greeted us warmly and and let us know that we could feel free to ask if we needed anything.
Front desk was super kind and let us check in early since the room was available. Big help to be able to unload the car between games and gave us time to unwind after a long drive and grab a bit to eat before our daughter’s second game for the day. Small gesture really made our day. Hotel renovations will be nice for the next time our team is in the area if we decide to stay again.
Hotel was under construction. Whole first floor, all rooms being complete remodel. Amazing for them. We spent little time in the room so it wasn’t a big inconvenience this visit. But I imagine trying to squeeze in an afternoon nap (like we sometimes do between games) it wouldn’t have been easy.

The hotel was conveniently located for a holiday Hershey weekend. The amenities were good and continental breakfast had a nice variety.
1 - at check in there was a problem with a guest’s lost reservation. It resulted in a line of 6 families waiting. While two other hotel staff members were in the area (one at the desk and one in the office just behind), neither helped expedite check ins. Perhaps they were engaged in other tasks, but they were able to chit chat and giggle. It wasn’t a great way to start our stay.
2 - the noise and lack of hotel intervention. The weekend we stayed a youth hockey team was there too. They ran up and down the halls well past 2am. They were yelling at one another and slamming doors. The parents left alcohol bottles and cans in common areas. Despite many complaints to the front desk on night one, nothing was done to control the volume on night two. My four year old sleeps with a sound machine and their noise throughout the night woke us repeatedly. It’s disappointing to pay over $400 for a weekend and not be able to get restful sleep.

Staff was plesent, and couldn’t apologize enough for the behavior of the team of youth and parents that ruined everyone in the hotels stay this weekend! Talk about spoiled white privileged out of control BLEEPBLEEPS! Yes I’m white but this is excactly what we had to deal with! It was embarrassing!
We had an extremely rowdy loud team of boys and drunk parents attending a hockey game and they were 100% out of control our entire stay! Up running the hallways, yelling, fighting, screaming at the top of their lungs! They were up until 2-3am in the morning! Parents were partying in the hallways and in the downstairs room, also yelling and screaming with tons of liquor flowing! I saw beer cans crushed all over both mornings that I walked the hallways. The poor chef and helper had to clean up a ton of beer cans and food thrown everywhere! The front desk couldn’t control the mess they were all making, there was not enough staff to have a handle on them. They would tell them to stop and they would run to another area to continue! We had booked two rooms with my 4yr old granddaughter and her family. What an unsafe and horrible experience it was for her, poor thing was up all night saying that she couldn’t sleep because it was too noisy and the boys were being bad! As beautiful as the place was the experience is something I’d never wish to repeat for the rest of my life! It was a Christmas present to my son, wife and grandchild and it turned out to be a nightmare before Christmas for a cost of over $800.00 to stay in a place that didn’t have a rule for quite after a certain hour. It was total anarchy! Even the staff agreed 100% The one girl at the desk said she had worked weekends for years and it had never been this bad before.

Welcoming staff, good breakfast, loved that the sofa area was separated from the sleeping area by a large bathroom. Kids had their own space and there was room to bathe them in bathroom.

Location was just about all that was good.
We had several issues with our room. We put a request in on Day 2 to fix the shower head that wasn’t working, the outlets by the bed were not functioning, the refrigerator wouldn’t stay shut so nothing would stay cold, and the drawer on the night stand wouldn’t close causing a hazard for my toddler. We requested everyday for these things to be fixed and no one addressed them. The manager reached out the week after our stay stating he would make it right but now won’t answer any emails. This place is a joke and would not recommend it.
