Very quaint hotel, beautifully decorated. Great location, live entertainment and food and drinks on premises.
Very small room….no shelf space in bathroom for toiletries etc.

The room was extremely tiny and uncomfortable for the cost.
The air conditioner turned on only twice an hour. The shower pressure was like a dripping faucet. Total cost of room was near $200. I stayed at the queensbury 20 years ago and at that time, I was pleased with my stay. Not so, this time

The staff were polite and accommodating. They were prompt when requesting assistance and went above and beyond.
I don't have much bad to say. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a beautifully renovated historic hotel with an excellent restaurant. Great location to everything we came to see. Friendly helpful staff.
The only complaint is both sides of the king size bed didn’t have an outlet to charge a phone.

Excellent quality stay. Very elegant, close (5 min walking distance) to the music venue we were in town for. Staff was polite, professional and helpful. Food in restaurant was high quality at a reasonable price.
Small thing, location location location...of the TP roll holder! 😂 One shouldn't have to reach quite so far in a precarious situation, if you know what I mean...!!

the room heating system is old and quite efficient but blows directly over the bed which was uncomfortable.

Staff checking in and out were very pleasant. Room was satisfactory. Great parking. Fabulous location. Loved the Christmas decorations. Good coffee on the floor in the morning. Thank you!
Dogs left in rooms unattended! Had barking from 10pm-12:30am. Guests upstairs yelling until about 1am. Our neighbors in 224 were so obnoxious! They were very loud. Finally, at 2:45am, I got up, knocked on their door and told them to be quiet!! Not sure how to change the problems, but dogs should not be allowed to remain unattended. And clients should have to be quiet by 12am at the latest!!

The Queensbury is an elegant building that has been carefully and nicely restored and brought up to date. The main lobby, hallways, and rooms have all been redone to a high standard. My room was very spacious.
The bathroom in my room was the tiniest hotel bathroom I've ever experienced. I happened to be staying on a Friday night when there was a wedding in the hotel, and clearly there were some revelers in the room across the hall who woke me up at 3am. One of the hotel employees was dispatched to tell them to pipe down. Apparently soundproofing between rooms is not good...

Beautiful hotel, nice enoght room, comfy bed
Shower does not have a vanity or anywhere to place toiletries so it's a juggle. No soundproofing in the room so we heard the traffic all night and and exuberant guests in the hall
