Bottom floor room

Breakfast. Had to get another roll of toilet papper from front desk. Very little in room.

we asked for a non smoking downstairs roo.m. first room had a broken toilet. so we ended having to go upstairs which was very hard for me.. bathroom door would not close and key card was very hard to use.

we entered the room and there were smeared blood stains all over the bed, the floors were dirty and the wifi was down the entire stay

The Booking reservation was never conveyed to the Inn therefore we had to pay twice.

Bath tub had mold/mildew in corners and along tub. corners of floor had build up of filth

It was easily accessible from interstate and the town of Cartersville. Other than that not much to like, since there were so many issues with the place. The breakfast area was clean.

The keycard was difficult the whole time. Pictures on booking.com were SO PHOTOSHOPPED and nothing like the place. Ice machine was down most of the time. Big train tracks right behind me. No current guest book. WIFI down and no one could fix it. Silver fish in bathroom. AND GENERAL FILTHY ROOM AND FACILITY. I can provide pics but Quality Inn Corporate should get them and review this franchisee. ****THE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED AT IN OVER 50 YEARS.

Leaky fridge, odor in room, loud AC, loud train routinely passing by, pool closed, breakfast only basic continental = this room cost too much for what I got.

Didn't eat breakfast but had to ask to bring coffee everyday.

Would have never stayed in a upstairs room with no elevator. I'm 63 and could not even carry my suitcase upstairs came down everyday and got a change of clothes. Also had to go buy a flyswatter to kill flys in the room the 4 days I stayed. Wash clothes were all stained so went to Wal-Mart and bought my own. I will never want to stay in your motel again overpriced for what I got. Also the staff was not friendly. Also I saw the basket that they were using for the linen and towels. See the picture

After checking in went to the room. There were 6-8 men outside rooms that were adjacent to mine and upstairs. They threw beer cans at us as we we’re going into the room. Loud music and profanity. The room had dirt in the bathroom as well as a bug crawling across the floor. The lock on the door was broken off. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund, no problem. However, instead of a credit I was charged again. When I called about the problem and asked for a number, I was told it would take seven days for the correction to be made.

Friendly staff . Not far from town.

Not enough towels. Bath tub had hair and some kinda soap in it. TV didn't work properly. Pool closed. Door looked broken into.
