Quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and accommodating!

Staff was so kind, courteous, and provided everything we needed anytime we asked. The owner is so nice. We will be staying again!

Staff and owner are extremely kind and helpful. We were always provided everything we needed anytime we asked. Booking was simple and the gentleman even brought my key to me when I booked another couple nights. Will be staying again. Thank you all!

Would never book a Knights Inn again. First and last time.

Dingy, worn, it wasn't really diety, but didn't look clean. Plus, was not super cheap, it should have been.

They have a pool but not open due to Covid which Covid Ban has been lifted for months. Laziness is why the pool isn’t open.

Above and beyond service.

Went above and beyond. I will be a repeat customer. I made an error during my reservation and the front desk was absolutely accommodating and helpful in fixing my mistake. Rare to find people who are willing to help.

Quick check in and check out, and the staff were very pleasant. The location is great for travelling south, near gas and restaurants and just past the city for a quick getaway in the morning.

The condition of the room was poor. Stained walls, light switches and floors with very rough patches and repairs give the overall impression of decay and lack of cleanliness.

The location was the main reason I chose this place, for an overnight stay on my way elsewhere.

Location was convenient, and easy to get to fast food spots and to gas up before the next leg of my trip. I also like that it had a fridge, so I could re-freeze the ice packs in my cooler.

Lately I've preferred vinyl plank floors-they seem easier to keep clean than carpet, which is what the room had.

Convenient location out of downtown.

Location is out of the city traffic. A convenient shopping/eating area is a few blocks away. McDonald's is across the street. Easy check-in.

The room was dirty and still had stuff, cigarette butt tips, from the previous tenant. Cob webs everywhere, all over the hangers and on the window and curtains. Check in time was 3 or 4 o'clock. We did not arrive until after 8pm that night. We had to turn the AC unit on. The room was very hot, we had to wait for a while for the room to cool off. Seem like they could have checked the rooms that they knew would be rented that night and turn the AC units on. I booked this room because it has a pool. When I called to verify that they had a pool, I was informed that the pool was closed due to Covid. I have stayed at 3 other hotels this summer and all of them had the pools open. This guy is charging the same price for rooms as he did when he had the pool open. Total was of money.

Our room was updated well with good flooring and bathroom fixtures. Desk staff was helpful. Located in an industrial area, but right across the street from McDonalds.

Short and not particularly sweet.

Listing indicated that room would sleep 3. Made me think there would be facility for 3rd person to sleep not in the bed. Only possibility was a desk chair. Room and coffee maker provided were dirty. Not acceptable.

I was given a room right next to check-in as if I were a VIP.

It still seems unfortunate that Covidis still used as a reason not to include breakfast, when you can go to any restaurant in the country with no masks, no distance requirements, and complete evidence that this problem is no more.

Bug infested, dirty, disgusting room with unapologetic, careless employees. RIP OFF

Conveniently located off the highway for quick stop.

The bathroom sink was clogged and dirty. The coffee maker has probably never been cleaned. Every towel had stains on it. There were cockroaches in our room - we would’ve taken photos but wanted to get the heck out of there so we didn’t carry any of them with us. We informed the employee at the front desk and his response was “Yea we know about the cockroaches and have been working on getting rid of them” disgusting they are still renting rooms and charging $75+ per night when they KNOW there is an active infestation. No apologies were provided. They should be shut down. I have bug bites on my stomach after staying in this room. I’m sure it was probably bed bugs. We will never stay again.
