We love the sophistication of decor and ambieance coupled with gracious staff assistance.

Bed super comfortable, clean -bathroom very spacious to accommodate two guests. Love the decor, couch etc.

No microwave to heat up coffee, express heat a frozen something

That’s all I have to say

We had stayed here before and another reason we like it it’s because it’s close to Feedom Hall where we have our Regional Jehovah’s witnesses conventions.

Exceptional

All the Staff were very professional. All my requests were met. I always do a very in depth inspection of the rooms I stay in, and this one was no different. The whole room, from top to bottom was extremely clean. Spotless.

The fact that I could only stay for one night.

Almost perfect!

All the staff were thoughtful, cheerful and polite. The room was perfectly clean. The bathroom was so spotless and well-lit you could do surgery in there! The water for the tub was piping hot as soon as I turned the handle. I loved having the magnifying mirror as well. There was an abundance of BIG, fluffy towels!

I would have liked an extra blanket in the room. There was an extra pillow, though.

Very nice property! Would stay here again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The restaurant food was very very good. The service was also excellent.

The mattress in room 507 needs to be replaced. In my opinion.

Overall a good experience, but finding a good meal is invaluable.

The large bathroom, bed was very comfortable and room decor pleasant, front desk staff(man) who check us in was very nice, view was nice that we were able to see from room, proximity to ETSU, parking was good,

Restaurant customer service - server was not pleasant or attentive to serving us and computer device we were instructed to use to find a local restaurant was not helpful we were only directed to the hotel restaurant.

The hotel was gorgeous and so clean! Staff was extremely professional and friendly. The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable.

That the car service wasn't available due to not having the staff to provide the service. Understandable considering what's going on in the economy.

The Carnegie has an early twentieth century look and feel. “ The Great Gatsby” would have enjoyed his stay as much as we did.

Lovely hotel will stay again!

My little girl loved the sleigh beds and high ceilings and huge window

Room service while on time and friendly, left off key condiments for breakfast, butter, salt/pepper, ketchup, jelly. To the front desk credit they did retrieve the items for me but it cost me a trip to the front desk which kinda defeats the purpose of room service :-)

Peaceful girls trip that included shopping, great food, and friends with unexpected adventures.

The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, a large bathroom, and a great layout in design. I was with two friends and we did not feel like we were cramped at any point in our trip.

There was honestly nothing that I did not like and look forward to staying with you again in the future. The only thing I wish I would have planned ahead and booked a spa appointment. That will be on the next visit for sure!
