Very comfortable, clean room with very nice desk staff at night.

Room was big and very clean. Bed was super comfortable. I was checking in late in the evening and staff made it super easy and fast to check in and get to my room.

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean staff, was friendly and helpful beds were comfortable.

Clean room with no carpet on floor. Breakfast was good and lots of variety.

People upstairs were a bit load.

Pictures of the hotel are nothing like it in person. The staff was unwelcoming and had no customer service what so ever. the bed sheets smelled and the floors were dirty. This hotel would be best described as a motel. Definitely not worth the price.

Pleasant

The room was adequate for our stay. There was a coffee maker but no pot. The bed was comfortable and there were enough pillows. Checked out early did not stay for breakfast.

I will never select this hotel ever again.

The breakfast was nice.

The room, bed, other furniture, iron, carpet, curtains… everything! It was old. The room smelled awful. It wasn’t very clean. I hurt my leg pretty bad as a metal part of the bed was sticking out. I was very disappointed other than the breakfast.

Good location. Handy fo I-5.

Noise. People leaving at all hours, especially motor cyclists. Also the metal bases to the beds made a lot of noise when accidentally kicked. We could hear this noise from room above and next doir

Pretty expensive for such old and dated place. Was not worth the money at all.

Breakfast was ok.

Facility needs to be upgraded.. everything was old.. sheets and comforters had lots of holes in them. Walls were paper thin.. small toilet. No charging station by the beds.

seems to be a pay by the hour type motel. room smelled like a decomposing body. holes in the blankets. door paneling falling off. ice water or scalding hot in the shower and absolutely zero water pressure. had to use a wash rag at the sink to get the soap off, forget having water to wash your hair. never dusted. SO DISAPPOINTING! we’ve stayed here so many time pre-COVID, seems to have gone way downhill since.

lock wouldn't work. staff didn't know how to check in. tv didn't work but fixed that night around 9pm. tub faucet leaking all night. worst hotel experience I have had in long time.

Discussed since I stayed there 10 years ago

Location to Casino is all that I have good to say about this place. It is less since the last time that I stayed there. No bed bugs even though it sure looked like it was a breeding ground.

Homeless hangout. The beds are worn out. The flooring is really showing its age.

Unable to sleep due to noise by other people.

The people in the room above me stomped and dropped heavy items all night long. They never stopped and apparently did not go to sleep. At 2 pm someone started knocking at my door and then walked away. People were outside in the parking lot talking and smoking all night.
