everyone was extremely inconvenienced due to having to wait over an hour for check in. I booked and prepaid online and s

I booked this room for my son and daughter-in-law when they visited from over 1000 miles away. lights in room didn’t work room had a bad smell it took over an hour to get checked in as the staff on duty didn’t know how one woman (?wife of owner?) was extremely rude the following day for not getting checked in properly - she called screaming at me - when her employee didn’t know what she was doing and took over an hour to get them checked in. put in one room, moved to another, and then put back into same room all during attempt to check in lights were never fixed - they had to stay in the dark the entire weekend - Friday - Sunday entire family (group was waiting) missed reservations for dinner due to the delay of checking in did not offer to amend or fix anything due to lights not working or causing entire family (we haven’t seen each other in over a year) to miss the dinner reservations. this was the biggest disappointment and disaster at a motel I have ever experienced. my suggestion would be to book anywhere else.

No breakfast when it was advertised as having it. Even getting coffee was hard because they left out old coffee from day before. And thats about it.

I never had breakfast the staff did not tell me anything about breakfast

Nothing bugs were all over my room and then the the bathroom was leaking water I had to call the office they to dry the floor with towels

The first room they gave me had a wasp and some other type of bug fighting in the window, when I complained they gave me another room, when I woke up from a nap hours later I had the biggest insect bites that were itchy and painful! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, it had hair in the shower 💆‍♀️. I was here for work and only chose this hotel because it was only a mile away from where I was working. I would walk 500 miles barefooted at the peak of the Florida sun before I stay here again!
