Nice sinks and water pressure

Rust on all appliances. No smoking signs hung above an ash tray, makes absolutely no sense. Low stock vending machines. Damaged bath tub. Was in a room next to crack heads that banged on the walls and played loud music until 5 AM when I was tryin got sleep for work at 9 am. So I paid 170$ plus 200 deposit to get 4 hours of sleep, disappointing.

I only disliked the loud sound I think was the fridge in my room. It made weird noises and then would stop and then it would happen throughout the night

Comfortable Bed and good location

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The price was reasonable and that was the main reason I reserved 2 rooms for us and our friends.

We arrived after 3p.m. and the receptionist told us one of the room is ready but the 2nd room is being cleaned. Also, my reservation said $235 for 2 rooms, she charged me $117 for the first room but for the 2nd room she charged $145. She didn't honor my reservation, she said the computer is showing her a different rate. She didn't like the fact that I had reservations through booking. I am a Genius *** member and I have been travelling all over the world using booking.com I have reserved multiple rooms under my name but never experienced a rate change after my arrival. I am in contact with booking and they are working on refunding for the 2nd room.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The checkin was odd.. the lady that checked me in was a bit non-customer service oriented. Every question l asked become a struggle to answer and usually ebsed with a NO" for example, I asked for an extra key, because I needed the convenience. She said no,it was company policy to on give out ome key per guest. In other words NO...In 30 years of travel, that's a first...

Overpriced, underwhelming.

What I did like about the property: The building didn’t collapse during my stay. The room was a decent size.

The fourth floor vending room has a machine that was beeping all night long. front desk notified, no action taken. The cleaning staff failed to clean the room after the last visit. there was an unknown sticky substance on the dresser top. A used “hotel-provided” bar of soap was still in the shower. Random long black hairs inside the folded towels near the sink. Bed was hard as a rock - not comfortable for my back.

Superb

This hotel has the most comfortable beds! Good channel choices for televisions. Strong and reliable internet.

I usually get a room on the ground floor. It was a bit more difficult maneuvering this time as I was on the 2nd floor.

over all not a bad hotel but the location is not the best.

The room was clean and the staff were nice

Upon arival you find out there is a $200 dollar cash deposit in the room. which you get back after a room inspection during check out. The vending machines only take ones and they ate my money and the washer and dryers are quarters only and don’t like new quarters. The parking lot is small with an odd layout.
