Common areas were good

Hot tub was broken and filthy. Pool was too cold. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Good place to stay.

Loved the place. It was a little far out but great value. It was clean and quiet. It is rather new so everything looks good. Easy access on edge of town. Peaceful and pretty place.

Parking was a little limited and a real fall hazard in shower. They need anti slip strips or mat to counter extremely slippery tub. Bed also felt very "used". Sure they were not new beds in our room. My bed had a big hole on left side but I slept great on right side.

The way the hotel was situated. The size of the room was nice.

The facility is not all handicapped accessible. The only actual ramp down for wheelchairs is the front door to the parking lot. I rented a roll in accessible shower. Paid extra for that room and everything. With complete wheelchair access. What I got was a bathtub with a handicap bench that threw me forward if I moved. I have two broke feet. Told the lady working the desk, had documentation to prove so. Still nothing.

The place was beat up and not well maintained. There was mold and residue all around the shower. The shower head had caked-on mold and rust. The bathroom door had splatters all over the front and back. There were splatters on the walls of the bathroom that looked like some type of drink splatters. Multiple black marks and scratches on the walls of the room. Damaged and poorly repaired sheetrock throughout the facility. Breakfast was terrible. Pancake grill was broken. Breakfast shut down early with no coffee. Got there at 9:50 a.m. on Sunday.

Just okay, and oh, the carpet was nightmarish, really the best they can do? Oh my!

Seemed clean

Bed was okay at most…bedding cumbersome…bathroom door screeched when moved…breakfast mediocre, but clean area and appearance…view out window was the satellite dish…heat/ac vibrated terribly. Sorry, but we were very disappointed…don’t like to complain, but just being honest.

It was ok but a little disappointed

The staff. It seems to have turned more into a workers hotel more than a family hotel. The TV always needed to be reset everytime it was shut off and there was chunks of paint peeling off the bathroom wall. The first morning breakfast was bad and seemed undercooked and very little available at 7am. The 2nd morning was better but we went down at 6:30

I was a little taken back at how much it had changed in a short time. That included the people who were wearing ankle bracelets by the courts. I hope it doesn't turn into a slum hotel like so many worker hotels do

Daily breakfast was included and location was good.

Sticky spot on the variety, walls in the room were dirty, treadmill is a death trap.
