Not enjoyable

I was able to check in at 2am

Checked in at two am and was charged full price and the room didn’t have towels nor was there any clean if the front office is to be believed

so many things went wrong with our stay, the rooms we booked we didn’t get! the first room they put us in was gross and smelt like pee, and the fridge wasn’t clean. the first morning of our stay we woke up to no power in one of the rooms & the elevator stopped working most of the time! the front desk person wasn’t any help and kept not giving a crap that he wasn’t going to help. so I lost out on the money I could have spent on a GOOD or at least a better hotel because they really didn’t care about their guests…. will Not be coming back again.

Worse Hotel I Ever Stayed At

I Just Liked The Location Other Than That Nothing

The Hotel Was Unstocked My Full Stay For The Weekend, My Room Was So Nasty From Dirty Couch, Bed Sheets, Walls, Tub, A Hole In The Wall The Cabinets Had No Handles On It. I Was Glad When I Left.

Will avoid Roadway Inns in the future

1st of all, I was required to give them a $100 security deposit. Then I was assigned a handicap room that smelled of dog & was totally depressing. I was given the room I had reserved but the fridge didn't work. There was no sweetner or creamer for the coffee. No breakfast was to be served because of renovations, only coffee which was not hot and apparently was not fresh. The bathroom floor looked like it had been oiled, was very slippery. The elevator was out. No plastic bag for the ice bucket. No hot water the morning I checked out.

It was ok beds were nice

Lots of loud people in pool and waiting area and it was late like 1030pm. The bathroom in hotel was not clean. Had to leave a $100 deposit which was not declared when I booked it.

There was no breakfast.

The beds were uncomfortable, there was bugs, no clean towels, mold on the bathroom walls, and the service was poor.

Safety lock on door was broken Bed covers we torn and thin Not consistent or enough towels in rooms for all family/guests we were traveling with Doors/handles and frequently used areas were dirty

It was ok don't know if I'll be back

We did not eat breakfast......staff was friendly, polite, and very helpful even though it was like his1st week and he was buy himself overnight!!! I love the location

Room was not stock with towels and my other room I got did not have a working clock nor did it have a smoke detector!!! Very dangerous.... this hotel started off good but not it has just went down not the same do not no if I'll stay there again....also the pool water was green....room occupied and housekeeping put key in door and opened it while I was in bed🤬

Never again

Had to clean the room again, moved rooms twice. Pool didn’t open until our last day staying. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Overcharged for 2 extra days when prepayment was made.

Comfortable beds. Had basic needs met. Staff was friendly

Very basic small rooms. In need of upgrades and repair, paint peeling off walls and ceiling, damage to doors. Dirty towels and trash bags left outside room doors. Found hair on bathroom floor, stains on blankets.

The room had few things that was broken. Curtain don't close all the way so the sun shine directly in the room. Pool needed to clean. On my last day the shower water was cold.

Wrong room booked 2 queen beds got a king bed. no toilet paper, face clothes, hair dryer, limited breakfast, overall cleanliness. Very minimal staff who took the flack for everything that was wrong.

Refrigerator wasn't working well, needed defrosted..cabinet door was broke, and the ceiling on the bathroom is peeling off.And the phone reciever was broke to call the front desk

The room was dirty. The curtains were covered in dirt and dust when you tried to close them. The sheets had holes in them and the room just was overall very dirty and dusty.
