The fact that the roof didn't leak and the shower

We ended up with a room with one queen bed, which was so worn out my husband who has had 2 back surgeries could not even sleep on and a twin bed. That's it. No dresser, no night table, just a worn out computer chair and a lamp with no shade. Might have been ok for one night, but we booked and paid for 3 nights and it was miserable because we didn't even have anywhere to put our clothes or food except on the floor.

it was decent

the dude at the front when we arrived was helpful the night shift guy was rude though and when we told him our key card wasn’t working he took it opened our door and we never received another after that so someone constantly had to be there to let us in

The price was great and the room was clean.

The staff told me even though I made my reservation it might not be in the computer, but it was, thankfully. It had us panicking. There was light from the parking area coming in the room and the barbecue area was super loud. It made it hard to sleep.

Come and stay with friends and family beautiful Merit.

Management was very professional. Service was very excellent and hospitality was awesome.

Location was very good and just where I wanted. There was no homeless around the area.

Everything. The walls in the shower were eroded. The pictures on booking.com do NOT represent what the rooms actually are. As an Ida evacuee, I'm only happy that I was able to bring my cats in the room and not feel bad about them messing things up being everything was already quite disgusting. Running on empty and the time of night, I had to just suck it up and deal with it. I had my kids with me and thankfully they could sleep but I only got maybe 3 hours of sleep. Always checking outside on my vehicle and the surroundings. Loud tenants in other rooms above and outside. 100% GROSS

Reception person was rude didn’t even let me get my room arrived at 9:45 after calling to tell them I was running behind when I got there he said I had to be there by 10 all rooms were booked he resold mine and still took the money from booking said I would have to take it up with booking he would not be able to help me . Terrible
