Stay was ok, but could have done without the ant problem.

Good location

Upon checking in the room smelled moldy. it cleared up some after running the AC for a bit. Left pizza boxes on desk over night in the room and woke up with ants all over them.

the pool was cold the vending machines were unplugged there was no water in the gym area and not enough toilet paper and Kleenex in room had to ask

Not worth it and it was more expensive than others

How soft the bed was

No one told us the pool wasn't in service and it didn't say it on the website. The blanket looked like it had a cum stain on it. The heater was loud and would kick on while it was off. It had a funny smell in the bathroom. The front ladies boyfriend tried hitting on my girlfriend when the front desk lady walked away and i was outside. .

Pool not heated, and very small. I chose this hotel for the pool. Front desk was absent with a sign saying thry stepped away from the desk. I used the phone next to the desk to call. No one answered the first time. The second time I called the guy came out, and was sleeping in back. Had no change for vending machines. 2 different drink vending machines would not make change and were sold out of everything. Front desk staff said vending machine on second floor. No vending machine on second floor. 3rd floor vending macine was broken and not working. One drink vending machine took my dollar and when I saw everything was sold out it only gave me 75 cents back. Homeless people were sleeping in lobby.

Adequate facility. Bed and pillows were fine, room was ok. Room seemed clean, hallway messy and smel

Third floor was being worked on, and hallway had definite sewer smell. Entry had overwhelming cleaner smell.

Please heed this warning! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THIS HOTEL IS A DUMP!

I liked the location.

I did not like the room. The carpeted floors were riddled with stains. The toilet was unhinged from the floor, it rocked and flushed when I sat on it. The bedskirts on the bed were ripped. The shower panel was rusted. The refrigerator had ice surrounding the freezer. When I complained I was brushed off and my requests were ignored.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for

The staff were friendly and responsive. The location was totally fine. It was cheap. Check in and check out were simple. Parking was easy.

The hotel is very run down. It was very cold even with the air conditioner off. The ceiling in my room was stained, the carpet was ripped, some of the walls were stained, the tub and the toilet were scratched. The mini fridge in the room had a loud rattle.

nor great though we had to catch a greyhound bus early so only stayed from 23:00 until 03:00

hotel and room had a damp stale smell and windows were sealed so no fresh air. couldn’t get a taxi in Carbondale and Saluki were unhelpful. manager of Hilton by the station took us to the Best Western after his shift ended

Convenient for my final stop. Easy to get too

Was not very clean. Safety latch was very loose. Air conditioning leaked Furniture was very old and loose.
