Nice, comfy room
It was very hard to reach the motel and try to change the dates.

The location was great for our road trip, and the staff was super kind. They even had some little pastries as a small "breakfast". For the price in a smaller town, it was a good value.
The sheets were stained all over which made us a bit nervous, but didn't find any other problems. We ended up just sleeping on top of the covers. Not the best nights sleep because the mattress was very hard. But overall not bad for the price and location

Nice guy at office...he helped with a cancelation...also, I like that the heater/air conditioner is down the hall and not next to bed.
The Ferrell cats were aggressive

Location and the large room.
It took awhile to warm up the large room.

The guy working the front desk was so nice.
Everything’s falling apart. Things can’t be patched up anymore; they need to do serious renovations.
4.5
Perfect location for a night following Arches and/or Canyonlands. The rooms were large and staff was friendly, even when we arrived after check-in time was meant to be over.
As it’s an old building, the walls are a bit thin.

Checking in was quick. The gentleman was courteous and friendly. Explained that there was pastries, coffee and juice available for breakfast.
The room needed some tlc. The windows were open when we got there and I wasn't able to get one of them latched shut for night. The window ac didn't seem to be able to get the air into the sleeping area.
3.5
Friendly check in. The motel was older but clean. No full breakfast but we enjoyed the coffee and pastries. It was quiet and peaceful.
We had absolutely no WiFi service while there. No one was in the office to help us with that. The bed was very hard and squeaky.

Breakfast was a grab and go which was fine. Bed was comfortable
Blinds were broken and curtain didn't cover window properly. Had to pin it shut.

This motel is exceptionally clean. The young man who is the manager was very nice. He also came right away when the satellite tv went off. Fixed it easily.

Staff was apologetic that the room wasn't ready. Front desk and cleaning crew are one in the same. Room was fairly clean, but old and worn out. Very thin towels.
The motel is very dated, stuck in the 70's or 80's decor. The website states breakfast included: only coffee and danish. We skipped it, very disappointing. There was also a strange odor in the room, probably the very old carpet.
4.5
Great location if travelling up or down this stretch of Utah. Host was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and full of vintage character. Overall great value.
The bed was a bit stiff and could use a top layer of foam mattress.
4.5
Functional and clean whith all we needed. Nice tiles in the bathroom
Expensive for the site
