Good price but not the cleanest

The hotel was quiet and the lobby was nice. The TV in the room was big.

The key reader for the room was broken. They originally wanted to switch us rooms but we had specifically booked that room for the jetted tub. So we had to have the front desk attendant manually open the door for us any time we needed to come or go. The jets on the tub were filthy with black buildup. I had to go to target to get cleaner and a scrub brush and clean the jets before we could use the tub. When I filled it up and ran the jets to cycle the water through they spit out a good amount of black gunk. The floors in the bathroom were also sticky and there were random orange drops of something on the walls throughout the room. The TV brightness was turned all the way down and there was no way to adjust it. Just a little disappointed. We booked the King Suite with Jetted Tub expecting a clean room and a relaxing night and it was just very subpar.

Find another place to stay !!!

The only thing I liked was there were tons of food places around .

We came down for a family reunion, it was several people complaining about roaches in the room. My room specifically was gross. Black stains on the sheets, crumbs on the floor, bathroom curtains dirty. I will never stay at this place again, don’t worry about complaining to front desk their no help there’s only 1 house keeper for the whole hotel. And they need management approval before doing anything . The breakfast is alright wish they had more fruit available the bacon is gross. This place over all gets triple 000 stars. Management gotta get it together .

Horrible!!!!

Allways cold. Horrible service.

No customer service skills at ALL. The manager has absolutely no sense of leadership or is EVER THERE! One of them on Sunday morning shift, at around 6:35 was rude and insulting. The people they hire don't seem equipped... They wear clothing you would use to run around doing errands AFTER work...they give off a very bad 1rst impression as you arrive. I asked to be changed from my room from night# 1 and NO ONE paid any mind EVER...just ignored me. The ice machine was dropping water all3 days and you literally walked all over it! I'm never recommending this joint and I'm publishing on the internet that no one visits here EVER.

Very poor

The pool was nice but it was so dirty and full of dead bugs, I actually cleaned it out myself.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom.

Got off to bad start with people hiding behind curtain.

Breakfast was very good.

They hid behind a curtain so was difficult to get. To talk to them. That was very annoying. Carpet on stairs was dirty.

Good stopping point on a road trip.

Staff was good just need more attention to detail

Location and price.

First room had something back up in the tub. Mirror was not clean, had lipstick prints on it.

Cheap and clean

Breakfast was the usual hot- eggs and a meat with biscuits as a typical hotel does. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Highway traffic a bit loud. It was outdated and needed a little work but nothing I couldn't overlook.

It was just alright but i’ll not prefer to stay here again.

The room was good and comfortable.

The sofa inside the room was not clean and there was a smell in the whole lobby as soon as you enter the premises.

Dirty unwanted room

We liked the bed and the bathtub that was it

How dirty the bathroom was and that I thought I was getting a whirlpool room, a room with a hot tub in it but it wasn't and I paid $131 for a dirty room I didn't want.

Exceptional

Great location, staff, room size and breakfast bar. Pool was closed but understood because of time of year cool nights.

Needs to get better toilet paper.

Would Not Recommend staying at the Best Western Aspen Hotel

Unfortunately my stay was not enjoyable. No one was rude but it was not a place I would recommend.

I didn’t like the stains and burns on my pillowcase and bed cover. I especially did not like the view of about 25 discarded mattresses outside my window. The dirt and stains on my bed and floors made me feel unclean. The pool was not even open. I was so disappointed that I checked out early and did not stay the second night.

The man working the front desk was great and you could come in as late as needed the hotel wasn’t locked down. They also have a big mirror and a nice size closet.

There were holes in the bathroom door, stains on the towels, sheets, and one of the curtains that were blankly obvious. The pillows were not full size pillows so it made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We first went inside it was 75 degree and 111 outside it was ungodly hot in the room for a while. They didn’t have blackout curtains option so you just have the non clean sheer white ones. There was also womens hair on the bathroom floor when we got there.

Friendly Staff and Great Service!! Conveniently Located to Good Restaurants and at a Stop Light for Easy in and Out!!

The Room Was Very Clean although the Blow Dryer Handle Was Extremely Sticky!! Ceiling Above the Bed on Left Was Pealing! No Lightbulb in Corner Lamp!! Also, No Chair at Desk!! Poor Lighting in Bathroom and No Vent in Bathroom!!

Breakfast, everything super clean, wifi, cable, staff friendliness, snack room, location, pool, weight room, shower, soaps and lotions, breakfast lounge room, air conditioner

Pool was not open, no extra towels, no roll away bed, no sofa bed in room, air not working well in our room. Had it all the way down to 66 degrees trying to get the room cooled off. Although it was 109 outside.
