LOVED the hot tub and pool area! Bar/food right next door. Breakfast was great- proteins and cottage cheese- tons of options! . Coffee was good too. Slept like a baby- bed was perfect. My room was huge! Loved the extra room to chill and eat dinner- not in the bed...
My desk was filthy- not even touched. Carpet needed a good cleaning. I was ok, but someone else might have flipped.

Myself and my twin teenage daughters got a suite with a spa tub in a separate bedroom. It was nice having privacy from each other. The breakfast was really good. Different hot food for all 3 days. The pool and hot tub stayed open til midnight. Adults only from 10-12 which was nice.
The slide at the pool was shut down. Our room did not get cleaned at all. We had to go to the front counter for clean towels. I set the trash cans outside the door to be emptied, and they took them away completely. The staff seemed very unhappy. They didn't do anything wrong, but it was obvious they were just going to do what they absolutely had to and not with a smile on their face.

Some outlets didn't work,room smelled of old water,
The tub was really loud and low lighting and the TV kept shutting off for the price of over 200$ not worth it

The staff was rude, the beds were uncomfortable, the price was quite outrageous. I will never be staying at this hotel or any Wyndham hotel for that matter again. This use to be a lovely quiet retreat in the busy city now its just another dump hotel ran by young punks who think there better then everyone who keep them employed.

The hotel is clean and update decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh paint and well kept furniture. The bathrooms have clean toilet and tubs and sinks were updated fixtures. The breakfast was good and the food was simple yet tasty.
I changed my room because it smelled like the carpet was cleaned and needed time to dry. It was like chemicals or mildew from the wet carpet. However the front desk changed it with no problem and also allow me to inspect the next room to assure our satisfaction.

It smelled like a dead animal I almost puked as soon as a I walked in the room. Had to quickly find a different room for me and my fiancée and our 10 month old child
