Never Again

There are two women who work in the evening I cant quite remember their names one is African american and the other is bit petite. These two were the only nice people that worked at the front desk. The general manager was so rude and nasty to us after rooms needed to be changed due to the hotels uncleanliness. The rooms Toilet had feces on both the inside and outside and the sink in the next room that was given did not work. He thought we were looking to “stay at the hotel for free” his words not ours. He definitely didnt show the southern hospitality We heard about for years because we arent from the south. Ill never stay there again.

Very nice affordable and included breakfast with no issues or deposit required for a very clean dog

Breakfast was good. Very nice to give us a room on the ground floor as we travel with my service dog. No deposit required and no questions asked as we were exhausted from driving 10 hours and had stopped at a Best Western first where they wanted a 150 dollar deposit and wanted us to sign a form saying if there was dog hair they could keep it. My dog doesn't shed, but I couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be a dog hair somewhere giving them the right to keep my money.

Room could have been a bit cleaner at least the floor. The rest was good

It was very average.

the breakfast was very basic. Too much disposable cutlery used. One waffle machine out of order. No additional items to put onto waffle eg dried fruit or nuts. Orange juice very watery

Room not as clean as it should have been. Dirt in drawers, floor in bathroom not cleaned adequately

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Phone in room did not work, bathroom sink had no stopper, hole in wall behind entry door, some mold around bathtub

The receptionist Annie was very friendly and AMAZING!! She was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in.

I think there could be more attention paid to the cleanliness.

Exceptional

We stayed overnight at this comfortable and clean hotel while passing through town on a road trip. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had the toiletries we needed. We even restocked our kooler with fresh ice from the vending machine. When my son forgot his water bottle at the front desk, they were so kind and willing to help. They mailed it back to us. We so appreciated the excellent customer service! Thanks

Comfortable stay in convenient location.

I liked the location! Breakfast was in good supply and provided plenty of choices.

It was a handicapped room so the bathroom was a little different. The toilet was leaking a little from the top of the tank.

High End Budget Place to Stay with Awesome Staff

Nice, safe location. Beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of towels, nice continental breakfast, super friendly staff, Amanda was amazing and went above and beyond.

Hallways were not cooled on upper floors, carpet dirty in areas, room wasn’t cool when arrived, had to turn on air and wait for it to cool, not very clean, hairs still in bathroom, had conditioner but no shampoo, room was actually open when I arrived, rooms pretty noisy - can easily hear neighbors and people in hallway.

Great stay at a very reasonable price. The staff make your stay pleasurable!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

I liked the properties location and the staff very much! The breakfast was excellent! My room had some wear and tear, but was extremely clean. The hotel was also extremely clean, but had some condition issues that were very minor. I would definitely stay there again because the staff were amazing!

Comfortable

The staff was amazing! We are relocating and they were very helpful in their recommendations.

Our room was only cleaned once in the five days we stayed and we had to go downstairs to grab clean towels.

rooms were disgustingly dirty. hair on floor in bathroom, orange mold in shower. dirty handprints all over everything. bathroom fixtures rusted and falling off. was moved to new room on 1st floor, a little bit better . 3rd floor smelled awful like guests were smoking marijuana.

Sometimes it was a little more traffic than I prefer in the general area, but lots of restaurants and shops
