The staff was pleasant rooms were clean and spacious NO BUGS. They have conjoined rooms which is perfect for traveling with a family.
Nothing within walking distance and no pool.

Didn't eat breakfast there. Coffee pods and cups were in room but no creamer or sugar!
The mattress, threadbare or damaged sheets and towels, limited size of parking. They are trying, they really are. The flooring and fixtures in rooms are very nice but I wish they'd made the mattresses and comfort a priority.

There was pubs all over the shower. The shower wouldn’t drain. There were 5 staying in the room. We had 2 towels. The comforter was stained. Toilet wouldn’t flush. They did move us to a different room. Toilet still didn’t flush properly but was cleaner. Next morning… we were woken up by maintenance men at 7:30 working on the next room… ON A SUNDAY. The guy at the front desk acted like he had no idea why they were working… No breakfast!!!

Breakfast was better than previous years.
Ice machine was not working when we got there or later that night but was working the next morning

It was clean and quiet. We had a dog with us so didn't use housekeeping.
It seemed very humid, water was pooling on bathroom floor, not from shower, and towels never dried. We were on ground floor.

Location and staff were fantastic
Continental breakfast wasn't available the two mornings I was there at the times that were stated

The noise of the heater Which had to stay on all night. Loud neighbors, we were all bunched together presumably because those were the dog units and the small dogs were all over me when I was trying to unload and load the cats. Someone else parked in front of the unit I was in so I woke up quite early when their headlights went on.

No frills but very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the guy at the front desk was very sweet and brought me extra pillows and blankets. Safe and quiet ☺️

Easy access in and out. Extremely helpful staff/owners. Very accommodating to us when we ended up stranded in Ash Flat in the middle of the night. It was quiet, comfortable, and welcoming.
There was nothing I didn't like. It's a very affordable room in a very tiny town without a lot of other options

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were absolutely amazing...it was like being hugged by a cloud.
The pillows weren't very big but at least there was 2 per bed

Noises inside the room was eerie and bathroom/shower wasn’t inviting to me.

Property owners and staff were excellent as always. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, clean, quaint. No frills but very nice.
Liked everything

Poor customer service, uncomfortable beds and dirty room. Bugs crawling on floor in room

The door and toilet seat

Fridge didn’t work and no microwave stains on the bed and it had a bad smell

The location is more rural. It seemed very busy, like the parking lot was pretty full when we arrived, so it felt safe. My husband appreciated that it was also well lit when we pulled up to the building.
The room had some normal wear and tear, like wall paper peeling in one spot. The main door to our room had to be pushed a little harder to get the door to latch and stay closed. We didn't realize that until the wind or vibrations made the door open.

love the location. we’ve stayed there a few times.
rooms are very dated.
