Wonderful staff!

Easy to get to from the airport. Close to Amway centre (I was in town to see P!nk there 😁) Staff were absolutely lovely!

Noisy. And there was a HUGE event I was unaware of that apparently happens every year the same weekend. It was wild! I made it work but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea 😆

Not a clean stay

I couldn't hear anyone else. The mini fridge was pretty big. The shower was also pretty hot with great pressure.

The whole room smelled like cigarettes. The curtains had some burn marks. My towels were stained and dirty like they had been in there for a long time. The pillows were small and lumpy and didn't seem that clean either. The keycards barely worked and had to be careful to not put my phone neat them

Great budget hotel

The hotel is nice and clean; the room was larger then I expected for a budget hotel. The room also had a back patio entrance (ground floor) as well as an entrance via indoor hallway that made getting to the room a lot easier then navigating the hall. The hotel is only about 2 miles from the fairgrounds making it a quick drive.

The staff was a bit rude, I had the booking for Wednesday through Monday, my Flight got delayed until Thursday and the staff called and charged me a delayed check-in fee on top of the actual room fee.

Superb

Staff was very accommodating at checkout and got us adjoining rooms as we requested. Told us about all the amenities and food nearby. Great location.

There was a leak in the bathroom when we first walked in to our room, but that was fixed after we checked in.

Great staff and liked the room

I booked this because of the pool and my s9n riding bmx all day needs a way to cool down. Pool was out of order and there was a methhead doped out the m9rning of our leave. The previous day the same guy was flashing all gis man good to everyone cause he was drugged up. This is a fenced in property and he was inside at the back, so much for secure. Probably won't get hotel here again because of this situation and when brought to front desk attention all they said is "I'll let managers know " I myself would have called the cops

Didn't get offered breakfast. We came to this location because it was not too far from where we're going to be for the weekend. This whole experience at this hotel was horrible. I'm a disabled person and shouldn't have to go through those things I went through with this hotel

The rooms could have been cleaned properly the manager on duty could have been professional. I had a disabled room or handicap room and inside the shower the shower chair that was there had mold on it sorry I didn't get to take a picture of that because I was trying to get out of there the bed had black stuff on it yellow spots on it also there is nowhere you can charge your phone or even your computer because the TV is plugged up the microwave is plugged up the clock is plugged up so that leaves no room for you to charge anything because they have no outlets so sad I don't stay at hotels that much but I was going to a concert over the weekend and I needed some place to crash after the concert so this is the place that came up that was not that far from the venue and because I wasn't going to be there in time to get the key to the room I came and I checked in paid for the room they didn't give me the key because they said that check in time wasn't until 3:00 and the concert that I was going to start it at 1:00 and then end until 11:00 so therefore I checked in around noon but again they told me that they couldn't give me the key until I returned from the concert. I didn't get back to the hotel to almost midnight had a hard time getting in with the key. The room didn't smell that good very stale and Smokey then into settling in we noticed the bed which I have a picture of had spots on it try to find a place to charge my electronics and they didn't have outlets the outlets were all taken up by the microwave the television the clock which only left one part that you can plug something in. There was no more outlets available just one in the bathroom but who wants to plug their computer and phone into the bathroom. Then there were roaches.

Good, clean stay for a low value.

I like the price the the cleanliness and appearance of my room and balcony.

The outside of the building and the area it’s in looks a little sketchy from the outside but the rooms were very nice.

Only enjoyable thing about my stay was the patio and the mirror in the bathroom.

I loved the outside patio and the hotel was 5 minutes away from the Orlando Amphitheater. The mirror in the bathroom was really awesome as well.

Floors were so dirty. My socks and my feet were black on the bottom. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever laid on. I needed to buy melatonin to be able to sleep.

Never again

It was dirty. Very disappointed. The curtains were dirty, stained & had a cigarette burn hole. The slider door was very difficult to open & close. The hair dryer was dirty on the outside & it appeared it had not been cleaned. No room service during our 3 days. Disgusting! The bed was comfortable but sheets & blanket had stains on it.

We were delighted to find decent lodging, at a reasonable price, at the last minute.

The room was surprisingly spacious and the location—walking distance to the stadium—couldn’t be beat, especially for the affordability.

The air conditioning unit screeched and banged, making a restful sleep, even with white noise and ear plugs, difficult. We alerted management about this fix-able matter.

You advertise smoking rooms but then your told to smoke on balcony. Sliding glass doors fall out of the rails, leaks in bathroom. Shower head is not angled properly.
