Nice hotel on Hermosa Beach

Nice small family run hotel but rooms clean large up to the minute facilities and we'll maintained. Great quiet location just off beach.

Would have been nice if there had laundry and drying facilities.

Overall nice but a little too pricey for the value.

the location was amazing, bed comfortable, the TV had all of the streaming services, bathroom was clean

the staff didn't want me to leave my car in the garage, after check out at 11.00h, I wanted to leave at 14.30h, check in for new guests was 15.00h...the garage was completely empty, so it would have been a nice courtesy for them to just say its fine for me to stay for a couple of more hours. The guy when I checked in was a little bored, chewing gum and super slow, I had to pull every information out of his nose, instead of him just informing me.

Great time in sunny Hermosa beach

Pros: great staff, excellent location, great f&b options nearby Hermosa beach was a pleasant surprise after the madness that was Venice beach, so we were off to a great start the moment we got there. The property is a literal stone's throw from the beach, and there's a great Mexican place right next door offering some of the best local fare. It's also close to a bike rental place with a wide range of choices. Shout out to the father-son duo who run the place -- very helpful folks, gave us some good recommendations!

Perfectly located Hermosas Beach Hotel with comfortable, clean rooms in a no frills setup

Perfect place to stay in Hermosa Beach and close to the Ocean, with your own parking spot in the hotel garage; walking distance from shops, restaurants , beach; this is a no frills Inn so expect good room but don't expect breakfast, spa, gymn or a bar; housekeeping is doing great job, keeping every corner spotless ; beds are comfy

some rooms are fabulous (ocean view rooms in 2nd floor); some are less exciting (street view rooms) with a working/not working air condition and a very wea internet reception in some corners

Perfect location for exploring South Bay!

Great location and value! About a block off the Strand without having to cross a street. Quiet and comfortable room. Close to restaurants and shopping. You can’t beat the location.

Location, location. Location

Location. Location, location... Right smack between Hermosa Avenue, which has variety of bars, cafe & restaurants, and The Strand, which parallels the wide open beach area. Location, location, location. Sufficient parking at the ground level garage. Leave the car parked and stroll everywhere! Large 65" (?) HD TV Towels were fresh and not threadbare. Thick enough to be absorbent. Very quiet at night.

The room was more spartan than was expected. Lounge areas somewhat like student housing level. But how much time do you spend there as opposed to your room or wondering around the Pier Ave biz district and the beach areas of Hermosa b and Manhattan b?

Great location. Beach & Restaurants near by. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable and shower is nice.

Needed a quiet location, near the beach on my one night layover from my trip to London. This fit the bill perfectly! I was able to walk on the beach & have breakfast before my afternoon flight home.

Proximity to the beach was great, it had on site covered parking.

I can’t think of too much early, I mean exhaust from the Mexican restaurant next-door was there but there’s nothing that can be done about that plus Mexican food’s good so it didn’t smell bad

Incredible location right on the ocean. Large room with very comfortable bed.

You don't see the staff much but if you ring at the front desk they come out right away.

Cant beat the location. Room is nice, don’t expect to be able to take a bath in the tub though.

location couldn’t have been better.

They don’t allow their guests to take baths. I booked the room since it had a bathtub and that’s a luxury away from home for me. I called down for a tub stopper and extra shower caps for my hair and was told no. Also the fridge didn’t stay cold enough to store food/ ice.

The bed was surprisingly comfy and the pillow was great! Not every place I stay I get a quality pillow and do not have neck pain at the morning. The beach is right there, around the corner! And they have free parking on site which is very nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodated our late arrival.

The room we had shared a wall with the back entrance staircase and people returning to their rooms at 3am in the morning produced enough noise to wake us up. View from the balcony is to a wall and nearby building a/c unit.
