Location to the airport was the only positive

There was a pull-out sofa bed with a skinny mattress and no sheets, pillows/pillowcases, or cover. Almost none of the outlets worked, including the ones on the lamp.

Affordable solution with great staff

Rooms are VERY comfortable and big! Many power outlets available (extremely useful). Very well selected furniture for the room. Staff was great (whoever was on night shift, let me congratulate you on resolving a very hard matter!)

I really liked the hotel, but the guests...well...I think they "punish" and eventually bias this property. You can actually smell "non-tabacco odor" from the elevator all the way to the hallways. Luckily, my room was perfect on cleanliness. I understand this is very difficult to prevent, but perhaps some hard fines for bad behaviors could help.

The room was clean, and the staff helpfully.

The hotel look likes old, so far from airport, without breakfast, washroom old and damaged.

Clean and friendly, close to airport, free coffee

Clean facilities, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, free coffee and hot cocoa.

Breakfast should start earlier, so travelers with earlier flights can make it.

Won’t be back.

Did not have breakfast they don’t offer breakfast . Staff was awful at check in. A lot of hidden fees . Cost us more when we got there . Had already paid o line and was charged 200 bucks more for deposit.

3rd and 4th Stay At Skypoint

I stayed here twice at the beginning and end of my trip to visit family. The hotel is on the south side of the airport and has easy access to and from the airport. It’s a quiet, cozy place and the staff were friendly. The price was good.

The WiFi can be poor in some areas. There aren’t many food or retail options nearby.

my stay was not good, but the staff was great. the building is old and the lock doesn’t work properly.

the old property- the lock on my door didn’t lock. I had to push the door in while locking it. there was constant yelling in the hall at 3am.

Good location, basic but over-priced for what you get. Wouldn't suit regular travellers

Staff polite helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable and shower, whilst basic, was hot and refreshingly needed after a long day! Regular free shuttle bus from the airport which we badly needed after missing a trans-atlantic flight due to weather.

Feels very dated. Carpets appear to be from my childhood (1980s) and the whole room - whilst clean - looks like it really needs modernising. Included breakfast was self-service only, basic and limited items (get there early but the staff did restock without issues when asked

I was there for a Nap and was charged for two rooms. I have been going back and forth with bookingdotcom to get my refun

I arrived at 12:30am and checked out at 5:15 am… I was charged two rooms…

Double booked… I’ve been contacting you for two months trying to get my refund.

Great place for a one night layover.

The staff was super friendly. They were very welcoming & accommodating.

Overall very pleasant.

Terrific staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very convenient to have a 24 hour reception.

Breakfast was disappointing — floor was sticky, coffee machine not cleaned, not enough cutlery and no hot food unless you count bread and a toaster.

tried upgrading to a double bed room from a king suite, but tried to charge a fee that was more than the room itself cost.

Lack of working amenities and functioning iron. Also, there was no reply from management about multiple issues. False advertisement on Booking.com it still says Best Western, and it's not!
