it was not the value I was expecting.

I feel that I paid for a very nice hotel room, but stayed in a remodeled Motel 6. the room had been painted recently, tub/shower appeared new, but the tile in the bathroom (new) was not all the way to the tub nor was it caulked there, so it will be rotting soon. It did have both a microwave and a fridge, and it was clean. We walked 3 flights of stairs to our exterior entrance door. The heater/AC worked fine but appeared very old and some of the plastic venting on it was broken. it was rather noisy just from cars on the nearby highway. The bed was fine. It was all good, and they are trying to make it nice.

A Good 'Basecamp' for a Exploring the Area

The location was convenient, on a main roadway with many restaurants, coffee stops, and other businesses close by. The room was refreshed and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff as well as housekeepers were friendly and helpful.

The property is on a busy road and near a hospital so there was some road and siren noise. But with the tv and/or heating, cooling or the vent on, the noise softened and didn't bother us. We will return.

Superb

Almost everything!

Everything was clean with the exception of the small ironing board that looks dirty. Since I was performing in the 3 days of Oktoberfest I had to iron my shirts but was worry that my shirts might not be clean when done. I like to emphasize that the room was clean and enjoyed my stay there. John

Close to the fair grounds and great price. great staff and clean location

room smelled a little of smoke but it could’ve been from outside.. door did not seal well and there was a lot of noise that came thru subsequently.

Fantastic value! Very clean! Great location with helpful staff!

Meticulously clean, good furniture with comfortable mattress, quick access to freeway. AC works very well. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great value for the money! would definitely stay here again.

Close to the freeway so one can hear some traffic in the morning.

Awesome Central Location by the Washington State Fair

Central to the area, and easy access to transit. The owners are polite and accommodating. They are doing an updated remodel of the rooms.

The only downside was that it is located in front of the local hospital, so lots of sirens throughout the day and evening.

Nice Rooms & Quiet but Friendly Guests 😇

Caveat: I stayed with two kids ages 5 & 7 IT WAS CLEAN & the rooms being updated helped. I wasn’t afraid to take a bath in the tub! Lol that’s huge. Some tubs I won’t even touch. They have a blow dryer! The beds were nice. It was quiet, our stay here was pretty FANTASTIC 😇 would stay here again. Thanks Northwest Motor Inn 💙 you beat all the other Inns and motels I have visited so far this month which has been about 4 different ones.

No coffee pot in room (but they do make up for it with free coffee in lobby) Can’t leave our door open - motel rule (I understand, I think it’s so it doesn’t look dumpy so I get that, but I had kids and they wanted to go in & out, in & out like kids do.)

the floor was filthy and seemed as though it hadn’t been mopped in 6 months. The beds had to be the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping on and I was just released from prison so that’s saying a lot

The lobby and front desk gal were outstanding. The location was extremely close to where we wanted to be, and the bedding was fresh and clean. The towels were soft and fluffy. But that’s where the positives end.

2 derelict homeless camper vehicles in the parking lot, general disrepair of the exterior, The room was full of flies, like 20 of them, and stepping on cockroaches in the middle of the night in the bathroom was an unpleasant experience. The corners were simply not clean. Furniture in a state of disrepair. The bathmat was still soaking wet from somebody else, in the toilet had a hard time flushing because of a broken handle. $109 for the night was appalling, as was the laughable $100 deposit….what did they need that for? There was nothing to wreck, it was already shoddy.
