Last minute reservations was easy. Quiet. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean. Reasonably priced.

Really disappointed.

The location was perfect for what I came to do. The morning staff was amazing.

The fact that there was a needle in the drawer, how rude the night staff was. The door to the bathroom was busted, so was the shower faucet.

Family weekend at Washington State University

No coffee maker in the room as shown in the pictures on this site. No bath soap in the bathroom. No iron in the room.

Refrigerator, microwave,floor was dirty. Used towels on back of bathroom door. The halls, the kitchen, ( garbage overflowing)everything was dirty, dirty,dirty.

I won't book another stay with Inn America in Lewiston.

Our room, the breakfast area, hallway and staircase were very dirty. Our room had not been wiped down since who knows when. The floor had dust and hair all over the floor. The breakfast area had a garbage can that was completely overflowing both mornings and sticky, dirty floors. I'm not sure when the hallways and staircase had their last vacuuming done. It was a VERY disappointing stay. Oh, ya....everyone in the motel was jolted out of bed on Friday night by a false fire alarm. We all spent close to an hour in the parking lot. Fun times😡

Terrible Stay with Major Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues

Thought it would be a good value but their were major issues

Significant blood on my bed as soon as I arrived - yes this happened!!! Front desk had to change everything out. Fire alarm went off due to the steam from my shower! We had to evacuate while the fire department checked it out and I had to be moved. Front desk person at night was very nice but the morning person was rude. Breakfast was depleted. They seem to be short staffed. Will NEVER stay here again.

Very disappointing! We stayed her about 3 years ago and the property has gone very downhill!

Good location and good price

The room was NOT clean (pieces of broken cigarettes on the open closet shelf, very dirty spots on the carpet, used shower cap under the front edge of the bed)

Okay for your money, but Lewiston standard.

The bed was very comfy. Key cards worked well. The room smelled clean and the AC/Heater worked well.

There were crumbs, lint, and hair on the pillows and bed. The shower knob wouldn't stay in one position. We had to gerryrig it with a towel to keep it still. The fan in the bathroom was super loud and obnoxious! The walls are pretty thin, so I could hear the person watching TV across the hall. The women at the front desk weren't the most professional. One was very rude to another guest while we were sitting there eating breakfast. The breakfast was subpar. Came down to grab some around 8am, and they were out of the hot meal (eggs, sausage, biscuits..etc). Settled for the waffles, but the syrup tasted old.

Great place to stay at a great price.

There wasn't anything not to like and the price was exceptional. Especially when you consider they serve a hot breakfast. I have stayed there before and always have a great experience.

The room could have had a little better lighting. A little too dark for my liking but still very pleasant.

Clean and comfortable. I liked the recliner in the room. Also a nice breakfast.

The light as you enter the room is burned out and the heater fan was very loud when it kicked on. Sounds like the fan is going out. Pillows were terrible and happy that I brought my own.

Stay was nice, they had racks and a an elevator.

Ran out of food before closing time. No testalking of good for those like me that came 30 minutes before breakfast closed. Disappointed.

The front desk ladies were amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable!

Great location, easy access to many stores and restaurants.

The mattress was very wavy, but still comfortable. Room felt damp and smelled musty. The carpet was very, very stained as was the toilet bowl. Could hear every noise in the hallway, walking, doors slamming, talking, and definitely could hear other rooms televisions.

Loud busy streets and thin walls. But, it is clean.

It was clean.

Very noisy. Thin walls, could hear every phone call and conversation at the front desk from our room. Someone was vacuuming at 7 pm. If you actually want to sleep, go somewhere else!
