Dirty and not worth it

Location was the only good thing

Upon entering my room everything seemed good and clean. I did notice the fire alarm was ripped off the wall along with the device sitting crammed next to the microwave. After getting my shower I was greeted with a handful of roaches 1 on my bed and the rest on the floor/door. The corner of the room near the door had a bunch of little black dots along with a few more running around and going into the wall. Then I pulled the sheets on my bedding and was greeted to staining, and 2 different types of hair and my pillows had a yellow stain to them with extremely long hairs. And once I looked around some more there were already some dead bugs in the room that someone else had squashed. I did make sure to get pics and videos of it all. And if you check google for reviews there is one for the exact same room number at the same hotel with the exact same issues, number was room 134

Centrally located in the middle of everything and right next to the highway.

Dissappointing

Did not have breakfast. Location was ok

Staff insisted we pay an additional 50USD because we had a non smoking room. The man I encountered was difficult to deal with and dissmissive. After driving for 9 hours, I certainly didn't want to be hassled into spending more money!

Both days they never cleaned the room or gave towels etc I had to go to the lobby and tell them both days been stay there for about 8 years for a local gas and steam show butnever again

Black mold on ceiling and super loud heater

It took 3 teenage guys to get me checked in they attempted to charge me more money till i showed them the card and booking.com receipt the heater was so loud you had to turn it off to sleep on a 40 degree nite was woke up at 730 am by a leaf blower outside my door when I looked at the ceiling an wall above bed there was black mold on both I suffer from a severe mold allergy and ended up having to cancel the rest of my Vacation cause I was having breathing issues I informed hotel via email an they said sorry I didn't enjoy the stay

Good location and access. Comfortable bed and smartly designed room.

The check-in was awkward without much communication or explanation from the desk attendant. Keys were coded incorrectly for only one night even with a four night reservation. We were placed in the 1st floor in the back and we’re woken up two of the four nights, first night by a loud phone conversation in the room next to us and the last early morning with a verbal conflict I’m the room above us. It appeared like groups of workers are staying here longer term. Bathroom needs much more attentive cleaning.

Roaches ruined on what would have been a fine stay.

The room was nice and renovated with new furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. Even the staff, when we checked in and out, were super friendly and helpful.

There was a definite bug problem - Roaches. My friend saw one in the bathtub the night we got in. Then one crawled on his foot while he was on the toilet. I thought he was kidding (or being dramatic) but then later, when he went to get new pillowcases since he found a hair on his pillow, a roach ran across my foot as I stood between the beds. I looked down and there was not 1, not 2 - but THREE on the floor. Walking around with the lights on and everything. My guess is that they are doing construction on this hotel and it is causing the bugs to move around and be disturbed? Anyways, it was gross. And I NEVER complain about things.
