Probably won't be back, overpriced

Breakfast was good

The carpets were dirty, hotel was overpriced for quality of cleanliness and rooms. We paid $165 so anyone would expect better. We prowont stay at another one. You can get AirBNBs way cheaper and nicer

I won't be back there!!

Need more options for breakfast...I was there for my grandsons baseball games at the State championship and the day my reservation ended I went to the desk and asked if I could get a late checkout and if we win id like to extend my stay for an extra day she said that I could do that. We lost so I called her at about 10 minutes after 10, just like the other parents did that she let them get the late checkout, but when I called she said she couldn't give me the late checkout because she went ahead and booked the room for the extra day at 7 that morning. She doesn't need to be worried about me ever staying there again because I won't ever!!! Instead of me traveling back with his team my grandson and I was forced to travel alone or lose the money that she charged me and that wasn't an option at the time. Im disabled and only get SSDI so instead of losing $15(for late checkout) I would have lost over $125. So NO I was not satisfied especially when the night clerk told me she could of cancelled it and not charged me but for the late checkout.

Have the clerks more noligable, and refund my money!! Because she should of never checked me in at 7am when she was just supposed to check me in after I let her know if I would be staying another night

WIll not stay here again

the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Greeted with smiles and very clean .location was good.

1st room had nail clippings on night stand and floor next to bed. Totally unacceptable! I was given another room. The second room had a really bad Oder. Maybe wet damp carpet, I really don’t know. The cleaning crew gave me a bottle of febreeze to keep in the room and after the third spray, I no longer had issues, with the smell. The hairdryer also did not work but they did give me one to use when I notified them.

The staff proved themselves always extremely helpful. I'm very happy and I'd recommend staying in this hotel every day of the week. Very good.

This facility completely met our needs. Would stay again.

The breakfast was great! Practically any breakfast food you could want was provided.

The bathroom was very clean but very, very small. There was barely enough room to walk in and then close the door and I'm not that large of a person.

Overall ok

Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The hotel looked as if some painting was not complete. Was clean but bathroom outlet kept kicking off with the hair dryer plugged in.

Told the front desk about outlet in bathroom not working and the person never acknowledged that they were sorry we had the problem.

it was descant breakfast and workers were nice

we were looking for a place with hot tub online they said they had one after driving all day to get there we found out they did not have one The mgr said they were Supposed to fix that on the Internet but they did and he gave us a whole $10 off each night plus the room was damp and smell like a wet dog

we stayed at another Quality Inn this trip and it was MUCH better quality & comfort. Disappointed!

Breakfast was very poor. 2 kinds of cereal only were available. 2 stale muffins and 1 slice of white bread. very unappetizing. coffee was okay. no servicing utensils. didn't seem very clean.

breakfast. room had a bad odor the minute we opened the door. We had to keep the door open for 20-30 minutes before the smell was tolerable. Never have stayed in a hotel with that stale, old smell. we almost left it was so bad. The couch was old and stained, as was the tub. we wondered about the cleanliness and safety of the AC blowing.

Adequate, but we were not able to sleep a lot during the night due to the a.c. noise.

Location was great. Staff was great. Room was clean. A.C. kept us a really great temperature.

No elevator to go down to breakfast was a bummer, (bad knee and hip) but I made it. Biggest issue was the loud and noisy (all night) sounds the A.C made. And the comforters when moving, sounded like paper crumbling. Odd. (The pillows were great tho😉)
