Exceptional hotel, restaurant, staff and location.
$20 per day to park is problematic, particularly when there are no large-scale campus events.

Service and location were amazing.
can't think of anything. I was in a corner room that had one tiny window... made it feel a little like a hospital room... but it was fine.

The beds were very comfortable. We loved having room service and dining on site. Very clean. And the staff were exceptional.

It was the basketball tournament and Auburn was playing. Having some larger tv’s to watch the game would have been very nice. Even our in the lobby or down the hallway. I would pay attention to our schedule next year and plan for TVs if we are in the tournament.

Always a great location on Campus for our Senior Student, so we walk to lots of places the 3 day weekend.
No phone calls (2) were answered on check in day, but thankfully Saved by the text message system that is in place. The room key didn't work for an outside door the second night, returning from parking garage. We walked to the front door, thankful the door worked the next night. The printer didn't work at checkout for a copy of our charges from a single day breakfast and parking lot for three days. A few hiccups but a good stay .

The hotel has the best location for anything on or near the Auburn campus. The room was incredibly comfortable, particularly the bed. Front desk staff were wonderful and made checking in a breeze. All other non-valet staff were amazing!
Valet staff was absurdly rude and arrogant. My family drove from out of town and parked next in a parking spot. A young man in a valet uniform approached us and immediately started being rude, telling us we couldn't park there (the car was legally parked in a city parking spot). Coming and going from checking in, he continuously harassed me about the police ticketing me and how I shouldn't park there. I get he was just selling his service, but he doesn't need to be a jerk about it. My wife and I intended on getting valet parking, but after driving for hours with screaming young kids, I just wanted to grab the keys before going to a family holiday event nearby. Instead, I parked on the street out of spite...and was not ticketed through the weekend.
Pillows on the bed felt like I was using Casper the Friendly Ghost as a pillow. Bed was great, pillows were bad.
Finally, I strongly encourage the hotel to be more handicap-friendly. The lobby doors, while beautiful and classic, have to be physically opened, and the transition into the lobby through that doorway is rough in a wheelchair. This isn't too much of a problem if someone is there to help, but there isn't. Nor is there a button to get an ADA-friendly assist on the door either.
