will not stay again

First time I ever stayed somewhere and couldn’t check in early. We arrived at 1 and was told our room wasn’t ready there wasn’t even a lot of cars there

Great place!

Very close to The Giant Center, Hershey Park, and Hershey World. Had wonderful front desk service. Very clean and comfortable.

Did not know that breakfast ended before 9:30am but it’s ok.

We had a very sweet stay at the Howrad Johnson near Hershey Park!!!

We didn't do the breakfast. But we loved the location it was the perfect distance from Hershey Park and it was in a very safe a clean area.

My husband said the Mattress could've been a bit more firm for his liking. But the room was very clean and cozy.

Would stay here again

Everything was clean, staff was super friendly and very professional. The location is great and a pretty close drive to Hersheypark.

Wifi isn’t the best but it does work.

We loved our stay

The staff was warm warm and welcoming. It’s a very clean hotel with an outside pool which was also very clean. It’s across the street from a wonderful bakery “Desserts” and very close to tte “Hershey Pantry” for a delicious breakfast We loved our stay.

READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY THEY CHARGE A DAMAGE FEE THAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN YOU IN THE

They charge a $100 damage fee that wasn't added when you book the room it's was in the important information. So you didn't know until you get to the hotel. I have booked with booking for years and I have never encountered a situation like this so beware read everything thing call and ask before you book your stay.

It was just a place to go back to after a long day at the park, but not worth the lack of amenities.

It was close to Hershey.

The free breakfast served was just of Raisin Bran, Frosted Flakes, oatmeal, apples, water, and orange juice. I booked with HJ because I’ve been to other locations with low prices and great breakfasts. I still had to go out and buy breakfast so I didn’t really save any money booking here. I asked for an extra set of linens and bath towels and was told I was only allowed to get another pillow and blanket. When asked about extra bath towels, I was questioned on why I needed them and if I’ve turned in dirty towels yet. It was just really weird. I’ve never been asked why I needed extra linens and such. Great location and it was clean, but next time I would spend extra to stay in a neighboring hotel.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Comfortable beds and AC worked great. Wifi and cable was nice. A really great basic no frill place. Breakfast was nice for the price of the room. Just cold cereal and coffee but really didn't expect much

I would definitely stay again

The breakfast in the morning was not what we would usually get. There was warm milk sitting out with cereal options and a few pieces of fruit. Also a juice machine.

Plenty of other hotels in the area

Clean, but very "worn out"

Tried to check in early as I had to change clothes to attend a funeral. Was told the day before that would be fine. When I got there, was told it would be another hour and a half. I CANNOT CHANGE THE TIME OF THE FUNERAL.

Not a nice place to stay

Location

No breakfast on week days even though confirmed by you. The room was noisy next to the mechanical room when the hotel was empty! The bathroom. door would only close if slammed.. every time I went to the desk no one was there

Disappointing

Listing was not clear that this is a mixed motel/hotel - we were given a motel room which I was not expecting. Rooms were quite small, with water damage on walls and ceiling. one of our rooms did not have a functioning heater. The listing claimed to include breakfast but upon arrival we were told they do not offer breakfast on weekdays.
