Luxurious and comfortable. People were very friendly.

Breakfast not Included. This worked well for us.

Google got us there but front door was not real obvious.

Would not have selected had I been able to see a room in advance.

Average, nothing particularly stood out.

Cannot believe a hotel of this nature cannot offer morning coffee, juice, and a muffin or pastry. As for Carolyn's, forget it. Horrible hours, unnecessarily expensive. Other than historical there's not much to be excited about.

Nice place to stay

Beautiful inside and out. Very welcoming. Staff were very friendly from check in to the maid service across the hall at upon leaving. Very nice easy/smooth checkin and checkout.

Wedding must have been at property so parking was a nightmare when we got back after a long day at ball tournament and had to search for spots. Frustrating! Bed was a little hard but with all the pillows we made it happen and slept well. Bar peeps across the street were not quiet and we were in the 7th floor.

I went to Sunshine Restaurant for breakfast.

The desk lamp in my room had a broken shade. I reported it to the desk, but it was not fixed. There is a serious wrinkle in the carpet that runs the length of the room. It could be stretched out.

Best anniversary weekend getaway, walking distance to everything, Riverwalk, restaurants, bars, etc.

The staff from the very moment of checking in was delightful and very friendly. This hotel has the history and class just like it's pictures. The location is perfect and we walked to the Riverwalk and had a great get away! Thank you!

Was a Beautiful Hotel but for the price the room was not up to par..

The Hotel was Beautiful!

For the price the room could have been cleaner and there was places on the wall that had miss matched paint, window seals was dusty. And No microwave, On your Website you offer a $10 Breakfast for your guests that was not offered.

Loved the general theme of the hotel. The attached bar was nice as well, if a little pricey.

We like to sleep in a cold room but the thermostat was broken so ended up being pretty hot overnight.

Beautiful hotel, but needs some improvement

beautiful historic building in fun neighborhood.

room description said their was a hot tub in the room and there was not. the pillows were flat and unusable. Front desk staff was robot and unfriendly. The internet was horrible and kept dropping. Loud noisy bar across the street was blaring music until 2am

Woudl stay there again!!!

it was clean and easy to get to. The bar and restaurant were very nice and the staff were very friendly.

It was noisy at night being by the train tracks and interstate.
