Clean comfortable
Admittedly, I did not investigate thoroughly, but the hotel and others including: GreenTree Suites Eagle / Vail Valley; Best Western Plus Eagle-Vail Valley; Wingate by Wyndham Eagle Vail Valley, are all in the town of Eagle, Colorado, 30 miles from Vail, Colorado. They are easily, and probably deliberately, confused with the community and Metro District of EagleVail, which is immediately adjacent to Vail. That's what happened to me. They should be required to change their names to include "Eagle, in the Vail Valley" rather than the current names.

The staff was pleasant.
Primarily, the four screws we found on the floor by stepping on them, which was still preferable to our 13 month old baby finding them.
The TV also didn't work, and although we didn't spend much time in the room, this was annoying at night and in the morning.

Upon arriving at my room the door was open. The room was 15* colder than the hallway. Turned the heater on but only blew cool air. Pillowcases didn’t look clean.

The location was convenient and that was about it. Overpriced for a below average facility. No free breakfast because of "COVID", that excuse won't hold up much longer. People expect better value for nearly $200 a night.
For nearly $200 a night the facility was pretty sub par. The hallways were tattered and had filth and trash all over the place. The entire facility smelled damp and musty and the mattress was abysmal. I understand that things are getting more expensive but seriously, $200 a night for a musty and uncomfortable base level hotel room! For that price the place should be significantly more up to par. Don't charge premium prices for below average accommodations.

The staff was nice and talkative.
It smelled muggy, and there were little black hairs in the towels. a knob fell of the dresser we came and the pillow had a blatant stain on it. The room was not clean and the beds are hard.

Nice and clean standard hotel suite but too expensive for the outcome.

The place needs a major upgrade to make it clean enough to stay. Gross is the word I would use to describe our stay.

The location!
I wanted to treat myself to a nice place. This wasn’t it. Super disappointed!
For a $300.00+ a night room. I will NEVER go here again. The place was dirty, the lamp and kitchen lights were falling apart. I booked the room for 2 adults. There was one towel, 2 hand towels and no wash cloths. When we called to ask for towels, they told us to come get them. The bathroom had shampoo and such, the pumps didn’t work and they were locked in so we could get the shampoo out. They were down to one elevator and it was dirty and damaged inside. Curtains were missing in the room. The a/c unit was dirty and super loud. The floors in the hallways were stained and dirty. They didn’t have breakfast, which we understood why. The employees didn’t give us any information about the place. The information online for this place said there was a pool and jacuzzi. We didn’t even know where it was at. The employees were lacking in service. They were polite but that’s it. On our way back from our trip we stayed at a Best Western and it was super clean, the employees made sure we knew where everything was and that they did have the breakfast, we’re the pool was, etc . We paid less than a 3rd of the cost of Green Tree.

I was expecting breakfast and it was not available.
Also, the sink in our suite had dog kibble dog food in it.
