Not worth your time or money!

The room was not cleaned properly you could look around and find dirt and dust etc. the tub had a hair on it and looked like it hadn't been cleaned,and growing mildew ond soap scum on the shower head and drain. the sink kept clogging up. The free breakfast was a waste because all they had was toast with no jelly or butter. And waffles.. and they didn't even have coffee or orange juice so all you can drink is water.

Rundown and Unkempt

I did not like the property. I left early.

The room was in extreme disrepair. Our smoke free room smelled of smoke, had multiple burn holes in the bedspread and sheets, the air conditioner was missing a cover so you could see the filthy parts. It also did not really cool the room. The was no latch on the bathroom door. There was a giant stain in the tub. The sheets and towels were stained and threadbare. The furniture was also broken, worn and unsightly. The pictures did not reflect how bad it was. I am very surprised it is a Wyndham property. I must now rethink any stay at a Wyndham property.

Non smoking room smelled like a full ashtray. AWFUL bed. ugly failities. Pool broken. Vending machines broken. Disgusting pastries, Juice broken.

It was convenient. That's about it. Would not stay again unless nothing else available.

Convenience/location to restaurants etc.

The waffle iron was filthy. Breakfast consisted of bread, 2 small boxes of mini donuts for quests, cereal. Milk jug was empty, coffee ran out and had to wait on more to be brewed. Bed had cigarette burns in all covers. The sheets were okay. Floor looked dirty.. hallway carpet was dirty with what looked like crumbs of food?? Only 1 wash cloth and 2 towels in room upon arrival for bathing. Blow dryer didn't work.

pitiful.

we didn’t even stay, even after they switched us to a new room, because of how nasty the first one was.

The staff was rude. The rooms were not swept, mopped, or even wiped. Their reasoning was because they were “short on cleaners”. Yet, there was 3 of them standing at the desk, but none of them wanted to clean. Blood stains on the sheets, cigarette cellophane on the floors, and marks on the appliances. Coffee stain on the night stand. We got in the second room, and it wasn’t any better. I have a KID, I refused to let my baby be in there. I was so bothered, that we decided to go somewhere else. Since I went through booking.com they weren’t sure that I could get my refund back so we just left. I will be contacting someone about a refund hopefully

Only complaint. the filters on the ac were very dirty not allowing the unit to do its job properly.

This was by far our favorite hotel/motel in Dickson, Tn. We have visited most and this one is far above the rest

Terrible doesn’t even begin to cover it!

The fact that we were in a non smoking room but had sheets with multiple burns…and the fact that those same sheets had blood on them as well as a pillow and pillow case. The toilet wasn’t secured to the bathroom floor, and the bathroom door didn’t have the proper hardware to hold itself shut.

bad impression on facility, when you’re ready to shower and see a nasty looking towel

towels appeared to be old, many stains, not fresh & grayish instead of white the linen didn’t look crisp and clean

For the price, not bad if you know what to expect and don't mind the smell of smoke.

I didn't eat it.

There was either a ketchup or blood dried to the floor. The pillowcases were stained and some had holes. The bed had zero support.
