The place is used as a living facility for transient people.

Room 207s window wouldn't close. It was open 3in and I couldn't get it closed. A/C had to work over time and hard to cool during the day.

Staff was friendly and bed was very comfortable.

It was fairly dirty and very dated. The ceiling vent in my bathroom began pouring water from the ceiling Into the toilet when it started raining outside. My stay was definitely defined, however, by the fact that a woman shot her dog and then herself in the adjoining room early morning my last day there. It was a horrible experience.

To pricey. Given handicapped room, not handicapped. Who puts handicapped people on third floors?

It was ok. The kitchen help was more exciteing. There was enough to eat, but not gourmet for the price of the stay per night.

There is never enough meat choices, and always powdered eggs.

I will not be staying here again.

My room was not clean. During my five day stay no one entered my room to empty the trash or replace toiletries or towels.

I was comfortable and the place was quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was quiet. There was a restaurant next door for easy access

A bit outdated but clean and quiet. Linens were crisp and clean. I felt comfortable in the room.

Probably wouldn’t stay again

Somewhat cheap room

Dirty towels in bathroom when we arrived. Once I recognized the area I realized I’ve stayed here before in the past and had issues then too.

Jai, at the front desk, friendlty attitude, addressed my questions and needs. 100% consumer care!

Special mention of Jai at check-in. He was honest, sincere, and very accommodating with my requests for some special asks. He was also extremely honest about my question of location and security and accommodated me with a room in a better location of the building given my concern for a long-distance packed car journey I was on. Jai truly showed concern for customers and addressed it in a way that represented the brand and the hotel to its best. He also suggested nearby running paths (again, honest about them) for my next morning.

I thought, not knowing Lincoln, that I would be closer to downtown Lincoln. This is a bit of a way out, a few miles. But for an overnight stop, the hotel was efficient and economical.

The screen for the window was sitting on the floor in the room, it was extremely noisy, the beds are hard as a rock and breakfast was awful.
