An excellent way to spend the tree lighting weekend is to stay at the Baymont in Plainfield.

Everything went well. This is the best value you will find.

This is a place I would pick over and over, very clean place, the front desk attendant were so professional and polite,

Staffing front desk needs a promotion

Had an issue with my vehicle push botton starter, my wife was in the rain stuck at the gas station,as the hotel could i get a ride get my wife or just a drop off, the van driver flat out said no, im sure vehicle make unauthorized food runs and also used for personal use sometime plus I was willing to also give the guy a great tip, I also use your laundry facility, my clothing was locked in the laundry facility until in the middle of the night hours, until the maintenance guy came, I didn't put up much of a fuss and neither did I act like a butt, I took it like a grain of salt, I'm sure the courtesy van at the hotel do make personal runs and food runs, so I feel that by me being such a great guess, they least could have went and picked up my wife and brought it back to the hotel, please take courtesy off the van, because I did not get any courtesy service, from that van or the van driver.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

The staff were great, breakfast was wonderful and the bed was super comfortable.

The shower was lukewarm, but understandable as I was on the 3rd floor

a great hotel airport

The staff was friendly, and check in was easy. I had an early flight. The 4am airport shuttle was prompt. It was too early for the breakfast bar, but the hotel had coffee and muffins available. For proximity to the airport and a reliable 24 hours shuttle, definitely worth the price. I had a supper at a nice brew pub next door.

for one night quite ok but for sustainability reasons, it should be avoided.

The rooms are ok and equipped with two King Size beds that are quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the blankets had no sheets. My room faced the greenery at the back. Calm with a nice view. The bathroom is big and quite clean.

there were no blankets on the sheets. not very hygienic. The hotel itself and the rooms are very old and need to be refurbished. the lady at the counter was nice to me but complained about another client even though it was her mistake what happened. The breakfast is a mess! plastic plates, dirty tables, industrial food. don’t spend your money on that. the healthiest thing we’re the bananas.

Breakfast was Average, nothing especial or amazing. The facility was an average condition, could benefits with at remodeling or upgrading. Was very clean.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Wish we’d had our swimsuits to try out the pool!

quiet, convenient to the interstate, comfortable rooms and professional staff!

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I feel it could have been - there was hair in the sink and the faucet/spigot had grimy “stuff” on it. Also, the shower curtain doesn’t fall into the tub at all (it’s too short), so having it closed doesn’t keep water from spraying out and collecting on the marble floor - makes it very slippery!

Never stay there again!

Nothing at all!

Desk clerk said that she would put us at the quiet end of the hall. Right outside our room was the patio. People out partying until 11:30. Kids running up and down the hall until after 11:00. woke up to find a COCKROACH on our ceiling!

Good price, but will not return.

I liked the location and the outside of the building was clean. It was nice having the breakfast area easily accessible to the elevators. I really liked the lounge area outside our hallway! It made for easy alone time in the morning without going too far.

The breakfast was decent, but the biscuits were very dry and not warm at all. There was a motion light in the closet of our room between the beds and the bathroom, so every time you walk passed it, the light came on and you have to open the closet door to close it because the switch was INSIDE the closet! Very annoying, especially in the middle of the night. The pillows they gave us were literally 3 small squares, not even regular sized pillows! I'm glad I didn't pay much for this room.

Resolved by the manager after a phone discussion.

Staff was courteous. I was compensated for the stay.

The room was filthy. I could draw in the dust. The rugs stuck to my shoes. The refrigerator did not work right. there was mold in the tub area.
