Disappointed

The room smelled musty. It was very off-putting. The mattress felt like lying directly on a box spring. The smell of the pillows made it difficult to sleep. You could see light around the outside door and there was absolutely no sound barrier from the outside world. Neither myself nor my son felt comfortable taking a shower there.

Nothing. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, the room smelled musty.

Property, rooms and pool very clean! Staff very nice. Great location and value! Rooms seem to be recently renovated.

I DIDN'T like the floor being dirty. 2nd morning I told them I needed my floor cleaned. I asked if they could leave some extra coffee was told yes, that DIDN'T happen. Came in the 3rd day and I FINALLY had my extra coffee. We won't be staying there again

the lady at the front counter was phenomenal! breakfast was your typical hotel continental breakfast.

had some shady folks hanging around out front. But we never felt unsafe.

The place was not well kept. Uncomfortable and walls are very thin.

the bed, pillows and chair were worn out and uncomfortable. The floor in the shower was peeling away and looked disgusting and the toilet and sink wouldn’t drain so when I called the front desk they offered for me to come get a plunger to use myself. There was nothing solid in either one. I told the person that I don’t work for them so that person came to the room and poured some powder in all 3 drains including the tub and within 30 minutes they drained properly. The paint on the handrails to go upstairs was chipping badly. The place looked like it had no fresh paint or regular maintenance done in many years. Will not stay at a Red Roof Inn in the future. I’m sorry but invest in your property. I booked a week in advance and when we arrived they didn’t have my reservation in the system. Even after showing 3 emails with the confirmation I still had to register again. All around bad experience.

Our room smelt like smoke so bad! It seemed like it was coming in through the AC! We got up and left as soon as we could in the morning.
